This is inside Chinatown and is simply wonderful.It wasn’t too busy when we got there. But only one person working and another I think was on break (post lunch time) we waited for a couple minutes for our order to be taken but it still came out super fast.We each ordered the #2 combo and they are HUGE portions. We should have split 1 between me and my two kids.Kids had the sweet soy sauce and I had the honey garlic chicken. My 6yr old (my pickiest eater) LOVED IT ALL. But he wishes he would have gotten the honey garlic over the soy. My daughter loved both.Fries were lightly battered in a tempura style were well salted but could have used a good dipping sauce. We got both the spicy Korean sauce and ranch with our fries. The ranch was garbage (edible but I am extremely picky for ranch) but that spicy Korean sauce was SO DANG GOOD. I wish I would have tried the spicy Korean chicken.Overall this place had good employees and great food, would absolutely stop here again.We paid $63 with tip for 3 #2 combos 2/2024

I’ve been a long time customer of Chick Queen since they’ve open. My entire family planned on coming here last Saturday to celebrate my birthday but last minute had to order to go because the babies in our family was really fussy and we live out in Herriman. We tried ordering online and it allowed us to but then our order was canceled. We drove there to order and the owner said he would not allow us to order such a large order of 8 large traditional wings. My sister asked him would it have been the same if we came in. He responded that it would be different because we were there he could do it. They tried explaining that it was the same but he refused and was so rude. Never again will I ever come back. I’ve recommended so many friends and family here even brought friends and family that visit from out of state, but I will let everyone know to stop coming here. No one wants to go to a place that they’re rude, unprofessional, and straight disrespectful to longtime customers. I’m always willing to pay for good food even if it’s pricey but what I’m not willing to do is support a business that hates being in business. CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU HATE WHAT YOU DO!!! Also, I read some of your responses to the negative reviews and you take no ownership. No where does it say that a large order of 8 is considered catering which it’s clearly not true. I’ve ordered several times where a larger order than 10 has been done same day. Your staff has always accepted larger orders and was really kind about it taking longer to complete which we always understood but the day you decide to work it’s considered catering.

Best chicken place in town. This is the place to go when I want a fried chicken fix. Beware, once you had chick queen, it will ruin all other fried chicken places for you because they will never be as good as this place.Besure to order the bone in chicken, that’s the real stuff

Every time we try to come here they are closed. I've tried coming here 3 seperate times and each time they've been closed. And there is no way to check online if they are open that day.

VERY inconsistent hours. I have gone there different days and different times in the last few weeks during their posted operating hours and there is typically a hand written sign with closed scrawled on it. And it’s usually a different reason for being closed each time. I have really enjoyed the food so I like to order there. But I have to drive out of my way to eat there and it is extremely annoying to arrive during their posted hours and then find a handwritten closed sign. No one ever seems to answer the phone even when they are there working so you never know whether to go there or not. It would be nice if the phone had a message letting one know if they are closed so time is not wasted driving there. Their spicy chicken and sweet soy are very good.

Been here three times in two weeks and they have a handwritten sign saying they’re closed. I hope this place goes out of business it’s so unprofessional. It made me change my mind. The food is terrible.

This is really good food but they seem to struggle with having a set schedule of being open. Christmas Eve they opened 30 minutes late of what the hand written sign said the hours would be. On Wednesday they were closed again for no reason or explanation!
