Their bean and cheese burritos were tasty but expensive. Salsa was good but they charged a quarter each for extra, which was laaaame. Overall 3.5/5 because charging for extra salsa should be outlawed. Duces Gualbertos. You and your expensive salsa and beans will be missed.

I wish i Could give Gualberto's 3 1/2 stars but it's definitely not 4 stars. The food is pretty decent but it's hit and miss so it's hard not to stick with your tried and true favorites. Really can't go wrong with your basic rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese, and their red sauce is nice and spicy like I would expect from a traditional taqueria hot sauce. Customer service is usually good but also hit and a miss sometimes. It's relatively close to my house so I come here on occasion, and the quality is much better than Beto's. (After so many bad experiences there, I'll never go back) But I have to say it's definitely really slow for "fast food", and a little pricier than most mexican places in the same category. Overall it's good, but don't expect anything to blow your socks off.

I come here everytime I'm hungover / still drunk from the night before, this morning I literally puked in the parking lot. It was awesome. The food is straight bussing. I get the mixed breakfast burrito and its massive. It always slaps.

Steak, Egg, with potato. The morning crew had it on lock, good customer service, fresh hot breakfast meal while waiting on my work truck to have a oil change. Clean lobby, delicious horchata!

They DESTROYED our food, making it INEDIBLEY SPICY yet they refused to correct their mistakes while saying that "you got what you ordered" while literally laughing at us and hanging up the phone. We were regular customers here, spending literally hundreds of dollars per month but we're now taking that money elsewhere. We explicitly asked for NO RED HOT SAUCE with MILD GREEN sauce instead. Does this look like "no red sauce"?One bad employee can literally cost your business THOUSANDS of dollars per year.

I have been to three different locations for this restaurant and this one is by far the best. The guy who was running the drive thru this morning was so sweet and he alone made my experience a 10/10. The food was delicious as always!!

I found a shrimp in my breakfast burrito. Previous visits to this place have also been bad. I'd recommend you go to the similar type of restaurants on State St. either north or south of this place.

Good Mexican food. The breakfast machaca burrito was really good and the horchatas tasted fresh as well.

This place has the worst customer service that I've ever had in my life. When I drove up to order my food the lady already had a bad attitude, but I was respectful and continued speaking in a polite manner. When I got to the window to get my food I asked for limes and she told me that they were in the bag. I told her that I checked and they were not in my bag, she started to argue with me about the issue and would not give me no limes for my tacos. I drove off because I was going to be late for work if I entertained her ignorance. When I got to work and opened my bag my order was all wrong, I was so upset about my experience that I did not eat my food, I will never go there again.

I order this burrito from all the like restaurants . Steak egg cheese and potato. I always substitute rice for the potato. This restaurant happily obliged and gave me Spanish rice with peas… not a huge issue they also contributed ham to the burrito. It felt a little like a fusion fried burrito. No harm no foul right. Well as a chef I felt like it was my duty to go and give feed back a couple bites in. Where I was quickly schooled on how all mexican rice has pease and no Hispanic restaurant has white rice. And the ham was a hook up and I should be appreciative. So after quick explanation the fella told me that I was to pay 2.99 to remake a burrito . So I have paid 17 bucks for an experience that I feel blessed to share with all that choose this farce of a restaurant. All Mexican food services are not igual ?
