I love this place! Every time I’m in Salt Lake, I eat here. I lived in Oaxaca for several years and it takes me back when I eat here. The tlyudas are killer, along with everything else I’ve ordered. Be brave and try some chapulinas.

I found out about this from a food truck at taco fest. That food truck had good food, tacos de alambre y chapulines. But this restaurant didn't have neither. The food was okay. The service sucks. I only got 1 salsa, when I was almost done with my food I looked over and other people had 2 types of salsas. And service never came to me again so I couldn't ask for the other salsa or tortillas. They have a list of Aguas frescas on the menu but only half of them are available. I'll go to their food truck again but I wouldn't come back to this place.Parking: Only about 6 parking spots.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food came out quickly and was so good. The papusas were delicious. The cabbage mix and salsa choices just added to it all. We also tried the mole and the cactus plate, OMG! So good! Warm tortillas, and the rice was the best I’ve had in a restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.
