The Pad Thai was fantastic. The sauce was sweet with great citris, almost orange, flavor the tamarind gives. The rice noodles were perfect. Done, but firm and a little chewy. Just what you Pad Thai to be. The Coconut Green Curry was smooth and flavorful. The coconut and curry were dominant, but the basil still shown through. My favorite restaurant in the valley! I've been visiting this spot when they used to be known as 'Zabb's Noodles'. The service is always great, the food is nice, and it isn't typically too busy for your party to attend w/o a reservation. I recommend trying the chicken yakisoba (w/ or w/o bell peppers) and some rice on the side. Always slaps! Thank you, Thai Kitchen, for the good memories over the years.
