We had to wait 30 minutes for two ice creams. People who ordered after us got their food before us.Updates: We actually ordered three ice-cream for a total of 82 cents, and I’m glad that I didn’t tip otherwise I would have asked for a tip refund. Poor service yet still asking for a tip? I’m actually surprised that you didn’t feel bad about asking for tip after providing such a service. ??“Thanks for the experience.”However, the food and atmosphere were great.

Wow they are stingy and missed allot on our orders and if you buy meals you still have to pay for water cups. On top of that that was after they didn’t have dr pepper they still charges us for the water no it wasn’t cool and really small orders of fries don’t expect allot of them the only good part is the burger was good but that’s it.

I give it a 3.5. This place is huge! Not quite sure what all the room in this place is for. The floors were stickier than a movie theaters. Strange atmosphere. Let's talk about the food. The meat on the burger was delicious. The bun was crumbly and not good, seems like it was thawed out that morning. Their fries were outstanding! Some of the best in Utah county, crispy and delicious. The fry sauce was quite onion-y, pretty strong. And let's talk about refills on drinks, it's 2023, give the folks free drink refills. All in all this place was not terrible, but not sure it's a place I would crave.

Great concept, horrible execution. Staff is not attentive. There are literally 4 burger options (variations of cheese and bacon, like that's it). Apparently the pictures online of the pastrami burger no longer exist there. All the buegers over priced and really dry. Bowling was fun. Arcades are fun. Glad we went but will never go back.

The restaurant was nearly empty when we went. No lineWe were surprised by how expensive it was, but I do admit the burgers were big and tasty. However I am price sensitive so will probably not go back. There are cheaper alternatives that are good enough.

This place has HUGE potential! BUT it unfortunately lacks in a lot of areas in my opinion! The burgers are actually really good! Expensive, but good! They charge you $1 for soda refills. I mean really?? Our bill was $50+ For TWO meals! The place is huge and just organized poorly! Sorry Doc!

I took my family to Doc Brundy's when it first opened in Spanish Fork, years ago. The food was terrible - mostly microwave and frozen fare - one man band was better. That has all changed. They claim to have the best burger in SF, and they're not wrong. Now better than 5 guys - way better. The burgers are amazing and the fries are hot and crispy. I also appreciate how they haven't bought into the "I deserve a tip just for being here" culture that everyone else seems to have - even though they actually do provide some table service. Bravo, Doc Brundy's!

Food was fair though expensive. Service was fine, though slow. Ambiance was meh. Many other better options for less

This place is amazing. Although the staff was young, they were professional and timely. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is incredible... it is clean, wholesome, well lit and plenty of space for everyone, very appropriate for my children. I had no idea they had a bowling alley or an arcade... we came in the last hour and didn't have time to play any games, but will definitely be back to do so! The burgers taste so fresh and their fries are the best I've ever had in Utah, the prices were fair for the quality, only feedback I can give is, please include the beverage with the meal option. However, definitely worth every penny for the quality and freshness and we will be back! This place is definitely a hidden gem and I'm so glad we found it!

Had a great time here with my young nephew. Food was great. Hamburgers so big/tall & so yummy. Duck pin bowling was fun.. the smaller ball is easier for little hands. Lots of pinball games!

Had a nice burger and amazing fries. Kaia was super friendly and took the time to answer our questions. A fun night with some tasty food and something different than the usual "Utah County" activities. Was a fun date night idea as well.

The food was delicious. We had one of the largest and tastiest burgers I have had. It was good service, responsive, clean, and timely. The ambiance is such a motivation to go there. We did tons of pinball games with the cards we purchased. I felt like everything was reasonable priced for the food and the entertainment. Honestly. Just enjoyable. So enjoyable. Delicious too!!

I just saw your YouTube ad today, which reminded me to share my experience. I genuinely hope you guys figure your stuff out. Of the 4 (5?) times I've been to Doc Brundy's since the first opening, this was the best (unfortunately). Doc Brundy's has closed multiples in the last couple years so I was excited to see what changed and improved during the last closure. I love having local businesses succeed after rough starts. They are only open for 3 1/2 hours a day (5p-8:30pm). Don't show up for lunch like I tried to do, before going back in the evening. When walking in, the ambiance was that of a sit-down restaurant with table service, so it took a sec to realize they were going for a style similar to Chubby's and Cubby's; order with the cashier, seat yourself, then pick up your food at the counter or have it brought to you. Brightening the lighting in the room would help mitigate the "sit-down dining" confusion. The music is quieter than other places, which made conversation with my group very easy; great job on that! I liked having USB ports at each table to plug in devices. The ordering process was slow when we were there, taking several minutes per customer. A couple people in front of us had to go back to the cashier to fix/clarify orders after the fact. The menu had four burger choices with french fries ranging from $13 to $16. Drinks were extra at $1 each, and each refill was an additional $1 each. Charging for refills created a frustrating customer experience. I saw a customer ask for refills, only to be told they had to get behind 6 people to pay for them. They waited nearly 10 minutes for 2 refills. As we waited for our food, my friend noticed the manager constantly wiping their nose with their hand while preparing other orders. 40 minutes after we ordered, one of the employees apologized for us not getting our 4 burgers yet; "a big group of kids came in before you." After 50 minutes of waiting, we got a refund and left. The jist of my review here: the owner must like burning cash. This is a prime location! Just give decent food, at a decent price, and get it to me at a decent speed. This is my 4 (or 5th?) experience since you first opened and unfortunately, it was the best one. And turn off the stupid flashing sign. It is awfully annoying and adds no value whatsoever. "Residents are thinking of us when we annoy them" is not a great marketing approach.

Still trying to wrap my mind around this place. They don't have a phone that you can call and order from. They're a few menu items. Still trying to figure out how this place stays open. it's a good burger, but not worth the cost and the environment is rather physically and visually cold and 95% empty. I also posted its freshly ground meat, but then the overcook it, so you really can't tell if it's quality or not.

I visited after getting a free burger coupon along with some of my family! I got the bacon over bacon burger which was so good. Bacon, jalapeños, onions, more bacon. All the best stuff. My dad’s bottom bun was hard, maybe stale or burnt? But his was the only one that had an issue. The fries are different, they’re almost like chips. I wasn’t a fan and found them to be too crunchy and empty however the dipping sauce that came with them was really good. My husband did really like the fries, it’s a preference thing.Afterwards, we played a few games in the arcade. Most of these are older, pinball machines which is great for some. For me, I loved the four player Pac-Man game and the hockey game. We played hockey several times because it was so much fun to play and to watch! We did not do the bowling however do plan on returning again to it out!
