I ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery man didn’t knock or ring the doorbell so I had no idea my food was there. So by the time I got it, it was cold. When I took my first bite, I had to spit it out because the crust was very doughy, sticky, and stringy. When I called the store to tell them, the first kid, I talked to said it was because of the type of pizza I ordered. And then when I said, “I understand that, but the pizza should still be cooked all the way through.” His response was, “Huh.” And then literally just sat there in silence. I waited about a minute and said “Hello..?” His response was “One sec.” and then to pass the phone to someone else.The next kid again, blamed it on the type of pizza that I ordered, and I said again that I understood that I ordered the thicker crust, but it should not be dough, sticky, and stringy. He then told me that they they got a new oven and it doesn’t cook it quite right. He said they could just send a coupon for a free pizza next time (why would I want to order from them again..?) or they could remake it, but I would have to come and pick it up. When I said I didn’t have a car at the moment, he said OK, but it would be 40 minutes to an hour before I would get my replacement pizza. I then just asked for a refund, and he said I would have to call tomorrow and talk to a manager. Honestly honestly, one of the worst experiences I have had in a while.

We love Dominos we appreciate the variety of pizza sauces and toppings. No matter where we are we go Domino’s. Even when they had an oops and brought us the wrong pizza (we have tomato allergies). They were very kind about getting us the right pizza out ASAP. Thanks guys!

One of the worst locations I've Dealt with I ordered on the app. The app sent me to that location which is beyond my control Where they absent me they take my order online. They've cooked the order wait a 1/2 hour and call me and say, we're don't deliver to that store we're canceling your order. They didn't refund my money I called and talked to the manager couple of weeks later, very rude, very unprofessional, very disappointed in the delivery. Guy, that says this is the last time. We will ever deliver this to to this address. Don't order thread again. I live between 2 dominoes. The app put me to them not to the other story. It is less than a 1/2 a mile distance in between the 2 stores. And these guys were so unprofessional. I will never, ever ever ever ever ever. Order online through that store through the app. To that store, never go in to that store. Somebody needs to take action poorly managed

I placed a order for delivery and it said it would arrive here at 12:27 they arrived 5 minutes earlier than estimated and didn’t notify me when the driver was 1. here and 2. when he had entered the building. When I came to pick it up outside like I was told through the app, an elderly gentleman approached me and was continually condescending, rude, loud( I was right in front of him.) As a minor I don’t feel like an elderly gentleman especially when he works in food service as a delivery driver should be rude to a minor in a professional setting, when not provoked. He also had mentioned I would no longer be able to order from dominos in spanish fork because I had ordered it to a school. I had previously ordered from dominos to be delivered to this same school and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I wish this interaction could’ve been handled more professionally and appropriately.

We get pizza here a lot and it's very good. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is due to the inconsistency of the pizza. More often than not it's very good, but there are times when it just seems whoever makes it just doesn't care. The workers are always nice though and like I said, the pizza is normally spot on. Hence the reason we eat there so often!

Came in and ordered just wings. I waited for an hour in lobby while more than 20 people got orders and had way more complicated orders that they ordered after me. They were yelling how they messed up the wings to each other. I didn't want to wait anymore so I got up in left without my food. Now they have my money so I have to discredit the charge with my bank. I do not recommend coming here. Bad service, Unprofessional.

Worst pizza ever! I made an online order, for a large hand tossed pizza, then called the local pizza store and requested that my pizza be cooked fully, because the last time they delivered my pizza it wasn’t fully cooked. Upon delivery my pizza was cold, it was a thin crust and it looked like it had been sitting on a counter for an hour. I just threw the pizza away.
The tatertots are yummy. The delivery driver Brady was great. He was kind and punctual.Vegetarian options: I can't have very much protein so meat is a no no. The tatertots were good and had no meat, just cheese.

I always love the food it's delicious. But when I had my food delivered like I regularly do. I didn't have enough money for the tip. So I didn't tip. Then the delivery guy, Brian showed up and was looking a little grumpy but I just brushed it off. This guy said, "I hope your food is as good as your tip." I was actually hurt by this. I hope this guy gets called out because this was dumb, I shouldn't feel guilty for not having money.
