Used to not be a big fan. But they seem to have gotten better staff since I was here a few months ago, cashier up front was real friendly. Gave me everything I needed on my tray.
super helpful staff, came in with my husband and they helped us decide what to get since we haven't been there in a while ?. Super quick staff they got our food out and ready before we were even done paying, very friendly cashier.
I eat KFC 3 times a week for years and this is the best KFC from Orem to Payson with high consistency in chicken quality. Folks here deserve a raise.

A dump of an establishment. Worst service and can never get the orders right. Dirty floors and rugs. With all the chicken joints in Spanish Fork, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I come here once or twice a week and each time they never fail to make a high quality bucket of fried chicken. Can't remember ever having a bad experience here, much better than the KFC/A&W in Provo.

they had the decency to give me the recent when there’s clearly a sign that says “if you don’t get ur recent the meal is free” and they should’ve been nice and purposely not gave me a recent. #

I got their new chicken nuggets and was not impressed. I believe it was due to the food either being over cooked or under the warmer for too long. I'm use to KFC being juicy and this chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. I've been nervous to get the nuggets again due to this experience. For what I paid, I was very disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility was great. They had multiple spots available even ones for vehicles with ramps. I don't recall if they had automatic doors but there was plenty of room to get in if you had someone to open the door for you.
