Compared to the Payson location this place was a breath of fresh air! Even though they were busy, they were ON IT! They were doing a fantastic job tonight and I will be going there from now on:)

Ordered crazy bread and puffs through the drive through. There was a 10 minute so the employee told me to park and they would bring my food out when it was ready. 27 minutes later I had to go into the building ask the employees that I’ve been watching mess around in the back to please give me my food. The food had been ready for who knows how long because the employee grabbed my food immediately. At least the food was somewhat warm.

They didn't have any 'hot n ready' pepperoni pizza's ready so they had me park n wait for my order, which i had no problem doing.But they completely forgot about me and gave everyone else there orders, even people who came after me. So finally I had to go in and tell the cashier in the lobby that I've been waiting for 30 min for my order, and was forgotten, I even had my reciept but the cashier at first failed to believe me, and was reluctant to give me my food that I already paid for, i explained myself to the manager and they finally gave me my food after i lost my patience with them. I'm usually pretty understanding with fast food places cuz I've been on the other side of it, but it was safe to say I was pissed ? and let them know about it in the moment. Absolutely terrible service. This was at the Spanish Fork location last Saturday (April 6th)evening around 5 pm.Parking: If you don't honk at them while waiting for them they might possibly forget about you.

I was the only car in the drive through and they told me it would be at least a 30 minute wait before I even tried to order anything. I said it’s okay I’ll go somewhere else. I pulled out and saw about 4 people in the lobby. I was confused why there was such a long wait.

We ordered two deep dish pizzas and they came completely raw in the middle. Tasted like yeast and was very wet and squishy. We ordered online and waited extra time and they were still raw. As well, we got 2 crazy breads and they were hard as a rock. Very unpleasant.

These employees are either super stubborn or they don't care to really read instructions. The last 5 times I have ordered online for pickup from this location I have put NO CUT on my order because they suck at cutting a pizza evenly. They've cut my order every time I have said NO CUT! As usual the cut is terribly uneven.

I requested crazy style on the whole pizza So they charged me 5 more dollars I get home and the pizza is not sliced at all worst experience ever I still can't believe they charged me 5 more dollars for something I get charged 1 dollar for that is no way to treat a loyal

I was super impressed with how friendly Lincoln was in the drive-thru. He was professional and polite and ready to serve. It was my 5yr old’s birthday today and she was wearing a crown. He noticed it and wished her happy birthday with made her happy. It was an all around good experience that was better than expected. And with great pizza to top it off!Kid-friendliness: Very polite to children

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the pizza was so thin we could see through it. There is hardly any sauce or cheese. This is the second time this has happened to us.
