We asked for ranch at both the menu board and window....they didn't give us any.We drove back around and asked for 6 packets...and the manager screamed at us and rudely judged us for it. We have over 20 nuggets and 3 people..not to mention almost 40 bucks in food.I'm not going back.

This is the most unorganized and worst staffed McDonald’s. There is always a 20 min wait going through the drive through. They tell you to park in spots that are already occupied. It doesn’t seem to make much of a difference when you order ahead either. This specific McDonalds brings dishonor to the term “Fast” Food. Do better.

the workers are too slow to do their job on the window, so they have us sitting in the reserved parking lot for 30 minutes just for 2 cappuccino frappes, tell your workers to stay off their phones, because it’s a “fast” food restaurant, they are literally the slowest workers out of all the mcdonald’s

They got too many things going on at once and are not listening to your order. Had to repeat myself 3x. So frustrating, especially when the line on the other side has cars moving, while you are just sitting there repeating your order over and over. Very inefficient.

I have never been so deeply unimpressed with a McDonald’s Restaurant. This location is consistently the slowest, most understocked, and least professional McDonald’s I’ve had the misfortune of frequenting. In the times I’ve purchased food here, I’ve experienced:- Ice cream machine (like most McDonald’s) “broken” frequently- could only serve Powerade as a drink- Fries are 4/5 times not fresh, and clearly been under a heat lamp for God knows how long- Drive-Thru wait times of 20-30 minutes. I so wish I was exaggerating this.- Served melted, liquidy Shamrock Shakes. When asked for new ones or a refund, was told by a witchy manager that was how they were supposed to be. We went to the McDonald’s in Springville and lo and behold, they were actually MILKSHAKES and not melted mint juice.- Ran out of ketchup packets- Missing entire entree items, failing to include basic ingredients like ketchup, etc.And these are just the most recent offenses within the last year. I’ve found Im so much better off going to other fast food restaurants or even driving to another McDonald’s location in Springville, Payson, or Salem if I just have to have a McDonald’s Coke or Big Mac.
