Super impressed! When I ordered online it said it was going to be a 90 minute wait which makes sense cause it was Super Bowl weekend. But when I got there to check if there’s any chance they were done early they were working on my order right then so they were an hour ahead of schedule from what the app was saying, but even so Super Bowl weekend and only waiting a half hour. I thought that was pretty impressive! They were also very kind and efficient and I always appreciate that!

Ordered a couple pizzas for pickup along with some sauce cups on the side. Got home and the sauce cups were expired by over 2 months and were rancid. Tried to call the store but there is only a message referring to online ordering. Sent an email to customer service on the website but never heard back. Pizza was fine but customer service would be zero stars since they don't even provide a way to bring problems to their attention. Just watch for expiration dates on items that are prepackaged. Makes me wonder if they are using expired ingredients in the pizzas...

Ordered two pizzas in person and they swapped the base with each other. I like thick and my partner likes thin. So, both our pizzas were not how we wanted them.Store said I have to drive all the way back with the pizzas after cooking them and eating them partially before we noticed.What a joke. I should get a refund over the phone do not inconvenience me for your mess up.

It would be nice if the pizza's had more toppings. I like the chicken garlic. And it just doesn't seem like it has as many toppings as the other pizza's.

They made one of our pizzas the wrong size and we didn't notice until we got home. I called to talk to them about it and the person that answered the phone was very annoyed by me calling. I was told if I brought it back they would remake it. My dad took it back in for me and they said I told them it was a different pizza and were very argumentiive about remaking it. We asked if we could keep the pizza that was made wrong for our troubles and they said no but then just turned around and tossed it in the trash. Both of the employees were very unprofessional and honestly not someone I would want making and handling my food. This establishment has gone downhill big time and I won't be returning to this location.

We drove out to this location just to get pizza tonight. Arrived almost 20 minutes before closing (on a Friday night) & the door was locked & the staff was inside cleaning and ignoring us. The store needs to honor their hours & not be turning down customers because they want to go home early.

This store is completely incompetent. I placed an online order at 11:45 for a 4:00 pick up. Upon arrival, I was told the pizza wasn't ready and would t be for an hour. It's a pizza that's not even baked. If this was the first time, that would be one thing, but this location is consistently one of the worst Papa Murphy's you can go to. It's too bad too since I like their pizza.

Very nice staff. But the crust is tasteless and almost burned in order to get top cooked. I won't go back only because the crust is yuck.The Cinnamon monkey bread was good though.

Really nice employees, prompt service, but the pizza is sub par at this location compared to other Papa Murphy’s locations. The past three orders at this location my thin crust, half and half pizzas crusts have been unevenly spread causing holes after baking. It still tastes ok, just frustrating for paying $20 for a pizza and having it turn out poorly.
