This Subway was out of stock on numerous items. I had ordered online and was unaware of the shortages or I would not have stayed at this location. They were unable to make the sandwiches I had ordered and couldn't refund them either. They did make different sandwiches for me and give me a free cookie for the hassle. Subway Area Manager emailed me about this experience after leaving a review directly with Subway but didn't offer anything for the hassle of not getting the food that I had ordered.

Last two orders from the app were made wrong, toasted when none were supposed to be and the time before they used multigrain instead of white bread on all the sandwiches. Just forget trying to save money by using the app they 100 percent will screw up your order.

There was only one person there trying his hardest to keep up a line of people orders being sent threw on line he got to over wellmed and had a breakdown workers at Walmart did not give a krap that is one location no one should be working alone

They have one person working here and one time they had a asthma attack, they were all by themselves and couldn't take the time to breath because there was a long line. The employees never help out when their is two people too. This place is a bad idea to work at and the people here are just so lazy. I think they need to hire people who will help out and actually be a team. I don't think the manager doesn't care about them.

INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! There's a middle aged lady that appears to be the only one working there and very slowly makes a six inch sandwich causing a huge line that eventually people leave due to how long it takes. It took her almost 15 minutes to make my six inch italian blt and a turkey club for my wife. I even saw a middle aged man there, but he was in the back and clearly not helping out.

The absolute worst experience. If you want to waste your time. This is the place. Placed an order at 6:03 Pm on 4/23/23 estimated time was 6:20 pm. Waited until 6:45 pm to get my order. An absolute joke. Your time is not worth anything at this location.

So being a mom of 2 boys who can't speak all that well, we are working on it. 2 years ago they were diagnosed non verbal. They can speak certain words and they are doing a lot better. Getting to the point if this post, we have gone to get food and other things. Everyone usually just stares at us giving dirty looks, but today was different we went to Spanish fork Walmart, we all got hungry so we went to the subway inside the Walmart, the guy was sooo nice and understanding, showed them everything, asked a few times, talked to them with such respect to them, very clear and slow so they would understand and let them decide what they wanted! It made me choke up a bit. He didn't look at me like a was a horrible mom because my kids can barely talk! If this gets to the employee thank you for treating me and my kids so amazingly!

When did subway reduce the number of meatballs on a 12" meatball marinara from 8 to 5 meatballs. I ordered 2 of the same subs. I was lucky with the 2nd sub. I got 6 of the 8 meatballs. I don't recommend ordering from app. If you can't see them make the sub, they can do whatever they want. I doubt that this is a corporate policy.

Subway used to be pretty good. Over time they've shrunk their portions and become more expensive. Riding their popular name, this is unfortunately the worst place to buy a sandwich these days.

Slow service and horrible quality food. Seriously this location makes the Subway brand look horrible. I emailed and the owners response basically wow sorry we will work on that hope to see you soon... nope you won't see me return!
