Last night my son hit an "out of the park" home run. To celebrate, we had promised him a "steak" dinner. He wanted Philly steak so we came to the Italian place and bought him the largest sandwich possible. Sadly, as he went to take his first bite, half of his sandwich fell on the ground! As we cleaned it up, I mentioned to the staff that his reward of a "steak" sandwich had fallen. They immediately made him another half a sandwich and brought it out to us. The food was excellent and their desire to make a special moment even more special was wonderful. It was my first time there, but it will not be my last!

That is one great sandwich! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, great bread and the steak is quality and tender. The service was friendly and the restaurant is clean and attractive. You gotta go!

I have eaten here before and the sandwiches were good. The customer service was lack luster.Tonight, the customer service was horrible and lack of communication and disregard.I would not recommend any business that can not stand on their word including closing hours. But the worst part was the customer service and how the bald bearded man sitting at the counter behaved. I was shocked when he looked at me when I pulled up and then looked down at the counter when I walked up and tried opening the door. I knocked several times and he continued ignoring me while I waited for him to look up. It was when I got in my car and started to leave he looked up again.Unprofessional and lack of customer service. I would not of even wrote a review if he would have acknowledge me and walked over and explained that maybe they closed early for lack of business. That I would understand. And now they will have my lack of business I the future for their lack of attention to the customers who keep they establishment in business.

The sandwiches are pretty good but a bit small. Definitely should have gotten the biggest size as the large left me still hungry. The meat portion was a lot less then the veggies, and the bread dwarfed the filling. I guess for the price which is rather cheap it was to be expected, just thought it would be overflowing with meat and cheese instead of a Subway portion. Still overall it was a good experience.

I'm not a huge fan of the price for their food. If you're looking for a good steak sandwich I prefer "The Great Steak" in provo. They put quite a bit of sauce on their food. The food is overrun by salt or onion. My husband hated his sandwhich and didn't finish it. He got the zues. I got the Thor which was salty but edible. If it hadn't been so expensive for the quality, I'd probably like them a bit more.

I’ve been eating steak ‘n everything’s at The Italian Place my entire life but until today had never been to this location before. But since this is the only one left in Utah County and I needed my fix I decided to drive down. And I wasn’t disappointed!I almost never leave reviews for restaurants, but I was so impressed by my sandwich today that I wanted to say something. In all my years of eating them today’s was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The meat was seasoned perfectly, the bun was fresh and soft, it had just the right amount of veggies and the cheese was melted perfectly. It was just perfectly put together all around. And the service was extremely fast too.So I’m happy to know I can still get my fix when I need it! I’m just going to keep my fingers crossed that this one doesn’t close too.

This isn't a place you go to for atmosphere. This is the last remaining location of the original chain established in the 70's. Their specialty is a Steak and Everything sandwich. Always delicious, always quality. I highly recommend The Italian Place.Dietary restrictions: They very happily serve their dishes, keto.
