I don't normally post reviews but I just experienced really weird vibe from here. Couple hours ago stopped there for lunch. There was nobody in the place. Wife kept saying it has to be bad to not have anyone eating there on a Saturday. But I gave it a try based on eclectic menu and plenty of parking. Should have known better. If it walks and talks like a duck it's a duck!! We get completely ignored by servers for ten minutes. They kept yapping away about their weekend. I'm just standing there waiting to order. They must have really wanted me to just leave. When I was leaving they kept on talking as if I was never even there. Never ever going back! It's a duck!!!

Tried to place an order by phone but nobody answered. I had to order on the website and pay with a credit card. I received an order confirmation and text message that my order was ready for pickup. When I got there I was informed the item I ordered was not available. It is supplied from offsite and they had none although my order was confirmed and payment was accepted.

This cafe has a cozy and cute feel to it. They also have lots of options for drinks to choose from. We ordered the iced vanilla latte. It had just the right ratio of vanilla to milk to coffee. I’m giving it a 4 star because the roast of the coffee was not my top favorite, but it was great regardless. Give them a shot!

Update: I appreciate that you responded politely to my criticism. I'll be visiting again in a few months and I'm looking forward to buying a cup of coffee and seeing what changes you made to the shop.

My partner and I came here last year and we had such a great time. The food was good, he got the ham and Swiss panini and I got this sandwich I forgot but overall it was really good. Both orders and our drinks were great. We came in today and the service felt dead... The cashier spoke to use poorly and the menu was also dead. Like they had plenty of drinks but their food menu was limited to mostly unappetizing food. I mostly came into this store because I wanted to buy some handmade ceramic cups but they only sold a few candles that were scattered around. If you didn't know they sold stuff before you would think that those weren't for sale. There were no signs or anything. We got the chicken bacon sandwich and it was kinda sad for $10.90. It was a small sandwich with 1 thin layer of what was described to be inside (not a lot). There were also no chips to go along with the sandwich. The matcha was chunky... Last time, it was probably the best matcha I have ever had and it had no lumps. Today, it was sadly filled with large lumps at the top and bottom. The ambiance felt sad and abandoned and both the workers seem to hate working there. It's sad to see a good cafe go down after being bought.

Sadly, I have to say... don't go here. Cafe Soleil has been our favorite place for so many years whenever we go to Zion. They catered to the hikers with awesome, healthy, packed breakfast and lunch to go. Awesome vegetarian/vegan options and a great menu. They also had the best baked goods in Springdale. No longer. Unfortunately, it sold to Coffee Love. The service was bad, and the food options were limited and were not good. Two other couples agreed with us. One couple just left their food on the table and left. They have ridiculous small, round table for two. The atmosphere used to be so amazing, no longer. Disappointed.

Despite the signage, this location is now part of Feel Love Coffee and has their food menu instead of the old Cafe Soleil menu.Parking: Not much parking, but it's good enough off-season.

It’s so sad seeing a local Favorite go down hill like this. I don’t even recognize the staff.. new owner dragging a good restaurant down. From the way they handle the food to the customer service everything was horrible. The guy working was definitely on something.I recommend Deep Creek cafe.

Cafe Soleil is going through a branding change (FeelLove coffee coming in). We stopped by for breakfast. Food was tasty and the drinks were top notch. The service was fantastic.

Guy working had zero customer service skills, seemed high as a kite and left customers waiting for 20 minutes just to tell them “we like ran out of food and stuff” absolute waste of time stopping here.
