Mexican Restaurants in Springdale

“The tiny town of Springdale, while quaint, doesn't really offer too many dining options. We went to Oscar's on the recommendation of our tour guide, who is a regular. Fun vibe, great service, and packed. We had a 15 min wait. The best part is they have 5-6 vegan options and generous portions. Almost everyone walks out with leftovers. The beer is also huge! I ordered the sweet potato burrito plate and it was pretty good, especially the rice. Came with a fresh house side salad, but the dressing was too tart and could use some balance. Main food came nice and hot to the table and within a reasonable time. Would dine there again. ??“

“After a strenuous hike, this restaurant was exactly what I needed to satisfy my hunger. The ambiance was charming, and fortunately, it wasn't overly crowded. The portions were generous, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The standout dish for us was definitely the whiptail nachos. The blend of flavors was exceptional, and they arrived piping hot, enhancing the experience even more. We also indulged in the whiptail steak burrito, which was simply delightful. I highly recommend adding the green sauce on the side since it elevates the flavors to another level. Although, there was a tad too much cheese for my liking, but cheese lovers will certainly appreciate it. Overall, this restaurant provided the perfect post-hike lunch spot, and I would definitely revisit. The added bonus of free wifi was much appreciated too!“

“This restaurant was kitty corner to the Hampton Inn Springdale where we were staying during our visit to Zion NP. Having a 3 minute walk and not having to drive to a restaurant was wonderful. There was indoor and plenty of outdoor seating. We chose the outdoor seating due to it being a beautiful evening. It was decorated so cute with colorful lighting. The waitress (I forgot her name ?) was spectacular. I had shrimp tacos which were delicious and prickly pear margaritas which were great too. My husband had carne asada which we also enjoyed. There was a nice selection of beers/ales, sangria and drinks. I would highly recommend making a reservation since this was a very popular spot.“
