I ordered a beef quesadilla because I didn’t want something overwhelming. I’ve been here many times before and everything else has been pretty good but this was absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever seen and tasted. It was literally sitting in greasy meat juice and the tortilla was SOAKED! Also let people know there’s going to be peppers and onions in it!

Visited the Santa Clara, Utah location. Food was not hot. Carne Asada beef was very tough. Sauces at the salsa bar were not labeled so you had some idea what they are. I will be avoiding Alfredo's in the future.

I always order the Carne Asada Fries and it was the best, but it hasn't been good since the last several months. They must've changed cooks or something. The fries used to be hot and crispy even after all the topping were added and with the drive home. The carne asada was so good too. Now, it's been pretty disappointing. The fries are soggy or aren't cooked well and the meat has been too salty. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but the horchata and churros are pretty great, though.
Loved it. We had a difference of opinion in our family but it was based on one person medically not being able to consume large chunks of meat. I had the five taco plate with various meats. It was tasty and warm, even after we picked it up and drove it home to eat. I'll be back...
