When did Arby's get so dang expensive? This location had meals at $15 per adult meal... medium sized!

I haven't been to Arby's locations for the past 2 years this is my first time at this location.friendly staff and clean restaurant.I've noticed that four (4)flavors of the drink soda machine were out.The price of the Reuben sandwich was outrageously expensive ($15) and there were not enough ingredients in the sandwich I finished the sandwich before my fries see pictures.I can order a large pizza with three toppings for $15.Very disappointed and disgusted how much Arby's charging for little food, I will never come back to this location again.Parking: FreeWheelchair accessibility: Yes

We like Arby’s and that is why we picked it. There were 2 people ordering in Spanish. That is ok but we waited about 10 minutes to get waited on as they had to question the girl behind the counter about everything on the menu. We feel they were doing more visiting than ordering. Probably won’t be back. This is America. Speak English.?

Why do I need to park away from the drive-up window when there is absolutely NO ONE else in the drive thru??The long wait times for food must be high enough that you're attempting to make drive up times "look good" (under six minutes) by having customers park away from the window to await their food. Every time! It would be one thing if other orders were ready behind a car at the window. But on one visit, there were FOUR of us (vehicles) parked away from the window, awaiting our orders, and no other cars were awaiting in the lane.I don't know of any other drive-thru restaurant that makes vehicles move out of the lane only to have employees bring out every order. What's the point of a drive thru?? What if you mess up an order, forget sauces, etc., and now the customer has to park and go inside, instead of resolving it at the window like normal? Seems like lousy customer service.

Came here for a brisket sandwich and when I got it, it was cold. I was the only one in the drive thru at this time. I took it back in and the cook seemed personally offended that I brought it back. Not a friendly

Was a shame they couldn't honor their own coupon. Thought would be nice blast from past to score classic 5 for 5 (just had to be after 5pm). But was told they couldn't honor it. Would've been nice if they could try and make it right or at least closer to that deal but no. ARBY's corporate DO NOT send out coupons to consumers you don't even intend to honor. What a waste.

There's a reason they're in the three star bracket. I ordered chicken tenders. Three tenders with fries and a drink for over $12. The employee Shirlyn was far from excited to be at work. I got my order after waiting ten minutes only to find I was missing the kids meal drink and the sauce for my chicken tenders. I decided to eat one plain. Tasted like rubber and undercooked. As this could be potentially a health concern, I called to speak to a Manager. To my surprise, the Manager IS Shirlyn. This makes sense as to why the reputation is plummeting. If you're going to be in charge of something, you should probably have customer service skills to show as an example. Save your money, don't go to this location.

I keep seeing advertisements on TV and the internet for the Arby's classic cheesesteak sandwich. So I go to this Arby's to get the classic cheesesteak sandwich but they say they're out of ingredients for it.Since you're advertising the sandwich and you have pictures of the sandwich on your menu but you don't have the ingredients I gotta give you a bad review.I end up going to all 3 Arby's in the Saint George area but none of them have all the ingredients for the classic cheesesteak sandwich. But it is on their menu. After much driving around from Arby's to Arby's I end up going to:DP CHEESESTEAKS ST. GEORGE1506 S Silicon Way Ste 1A, St. George, UT 84770Awesome sandwich at DP's

I'm really not a fan of Arby's, but I have it another shot with the bacon ranch sandwich... Bacon is there but the ranch taste seems to be missing...

We waited at the counter far too long. Eventually, I left and found a more accommodating eatery.

After all these years, I still Love the classic roast beef sandwich with that unique tangy Arby’s sauce. Staff is polite and friendly. My dine in experience was so enjoyable, I had to ring the Arby bell on the way out. ?
