Went in during peak dinner hours on 4/16/24. First warning sign should've been that the place was nearly empty. Placed our order with a girl who barely spoke to us. Got the Meat Eater 11", cheesy bread, and two drinks. Took our order and stared at us, as did the other employees; no direction given on what to do or where to go next.Food was ready in about 15 minutes. A paper thin, rock-hard, overcooked pizza.Cheesy bread was lukewarm. Marinara sauce must've came right from the freezer, because it was ice cold. Who wants to dip warm-ish breadsticks in freezing sauce?But wait! It gets worse. While we were eating, two employees (young girls) proceeded to start eating pizza - right at the serving counter. Talking and laughing, they ate pizza, by hand, in full view of us all. Pretty sure that violates health code.Bad experience, and horrible food. Will not return.

Pizza is pretty much always on point! I do a super complicated build-your-own and they nail it every time. Sometimes the line is a tad slow, but the employees are actually moving faster lately, so they are leveling up.Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place. They’ll even the crusts cuz the dough is so good. They won’t eat them anywhere else.

Can't find a better Pizza place with any toppings you want for 1 price. My only suggestion is the employees that make your Pizza shouldn't Rush you. I feel they rushed me which I didn't like.

Ambiance terrible because of employees: loud, all about each other vs customer. One girl was yelling across restaurant to a coworker. Lots of staff, but they were all huddled together talking and goofing around. At start, 2 employees going back n forth for a few minutes about who would start my order while I just stood there. Chaos, they need to be taught to focus on the customer and behave appropriately! My 1st time in there and probably my last, such a turn off. The pizza was good though. I was use to a newer cleaner location elsewhere. I know it's hard to get staff these days and the younger generation are different, but...like I said, a turn off, it was obnoxious.

First let me start by saying Blaze is my absolute favorite pizza place, so I am always excited when there is one nearby! This location did not disappoint and I ordered my signature build your own . Service was good and the restaurant was clean . Staff was very nice and the manager who helped me was kind and helpful .

Everyone likes different things. The pizza crust is extra thin and they are very sparse on the sauce, cheese and toppings. I asked if they had Canadian bacon and they said yes but they put on regular bacon.
