My son and I went there for lunch. We sat for a while before anyone came to our table to see if we wanted drinks. We ordered on the app with the QR code at the table. I'm not a fan. It takes away the face to face ordering and I don't go to BWW enough to know what's good. So I didn't get to ask what's good or what's popular. The food was ok. Fries came out cold and asked the server to get me some new ones. She took mine back but not my son's. I'll probably go back sometime but it wasn't awesome.

The young man with dark hair very unprofessional, We asked for a booth due to I'm pregnant and it's more comfortable, he refused to seat us in a booth but went ahead and sat 3 more couples in booths,. When we asked he rudely said, No, I can't seat you there because there are no servers. Very rude hostess. He shouldn't be treating anyone this way. The server was nice. Food was not great.

I love a few things at Buffalo. My usual is the cauliflower wings, which is just breaded and fried, with parmasean garlic sauce and honey garlic sauce <<<< this one is new and extremely tasty. I also always get their fried pickles. But my family and I have tried the entire menu and everything is tender/delicious.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, however, there are things on the menu that don't have any meat, for example, I get the cauliflower wings every time I go there. It's just breaded and deep fried cauliflower and you can get either a dry rub, a sauce or plain.Parking: There's handicap spaces by the outdoor seating area and plenty of spots out front.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and you can have parties in the outdoor seating area.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs or people like me that have disabilities with stairs or walking.
I ordered traditional wings with chips and a drink. I received boneless wings, no ranch, no salsa and no drink. They "fixed" my order, bringing out the traditional wings. Still no ranch, no salsa and no drink. I asked for the last three items and I was brought out salsa. I asked again for the ranch and the drink, I was brought ranch. I never did receive my drink. When I paid the bil and asked about not receiving my drink she offered I take one to go, no I wanted it while I was eating. She made no offer of deducting it from my bill.The restaurant was loud and overwhelming. The food itself was not exceptional

If you order online, you’ll wait an additional 20 minutes for your food. Why even give an option to choose a pick up time to if they aren’t going to follow it. Also make sure they give you sauces because they forgot mine.

This isn't necessarily a review of this location itself; it's more of a review of the parent company, Inspire Brands. I ordered the 10-piece value meal from the mobile app yesterday, 2/16/2024. When I opened the bag and the box with the fries, I was extremely disappointed. The portions of the fries were small. I could say maybe 15 individual fries at most were in the box. The fact that we are forced to spend more and get less is a disgusting trend in the food industry. The food itself was okay; I was just extremely disappointed with the portion sizes. I know it isn't the fault of the individual location; this is more likely a corporate thing. For now, I won't be eating more Buffalo Wild Wings, which is a shame as I have enjoyed them in the past. Hopefully, corporate actually realizes what a poor decision it is to reduce portions while increasing prices. But I doubt they will.

we had the most amazing server, her name was Nickole. she chatted us up and got our food out so fast. the food was delicious and she checked on us multiple times and got us refills before we even had the chance to ask! she was so kind and inviting and is SO beautiful! made our entire night!!
