I made an online order and arrive to pick up my order at the scheduled arrival time. My order still was not ready and I ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to finally get my order finished. While I was waiting the hostesses told every single group that came in that it was a 20 minute wait but I only saw one family go back in the 40 minutes I was sitting there.

Mexican food is one of my favorite types of cuisine. This place had amazing service and atmosphere. My only complaint was everything was way under seasoned. The homemade tortillas had great texture but lacked flavor. The carne asada burrito was really well made but everything about it was under seasoned. All in all probably would go again because it was decent but it definitely didn’t live up to the hype that surrounds it.

I got a to go order of the shredded beef chimichanga meal. The chips and salsa that came with it were a nice touch and delicious. The meal itself was pretty bland and party of the chimi was very hard, where it was very hard to cut. Staff was very nice, cute decor, and I could tell they're popular by the wait at the door, but the food was disappointing overall.

We love eating at Cafe Sabor. We eat at the bar so that we can be served by our favorite bartender Bailey. She makes the best margarita in town.Vegetarian options: My niece had the shrimp burrito, she loved it.

So disappointing what you get for the high prices you pay. Carne asada fries had a few teeny tiny pieces of meat with cheese over waffle fries and there were maybe 8 of them! Service and portions have gone downhill. Can’t justify spending money here for what you get.

We used to love Cafe Sabor. But ever since the pandemic, not so much. The food is very good. But they have become a tourist trap, at least in St George. Their prices are 15-25% higher than Paula's or Peppers, and they don't offer a lunch menu. To top it off, we noticed a new line item on our receipt - "kitchen surcharge." Sure, it was only 60 cents, but there was no explanation for it on the receipt or on the menu. They also charge a similar charge for "to go" orders, and they won't include chips and salsa for those.Maybe I'm just tired of greedflation, or maybe I'm just getting old, but now when I eat there, I can't quit thinking about how much better the experience was in 2019.

we ordered a takeout order to be delivered, we got our food to have one meal be entirely missing, and another meal to be completely messed up. we contacted the restaurant only to be told ‘that’s our fault we definitely messed up but we can’t offer a refund, sorry.’ A $100 meal later and only half of it was edible with zero resolution from the restaurant. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
