Service was fine... the food not so much. Dry bread, extremely dry gross, turkey...Definitely did not meet expectations, half of the food we wasted money on went in the trash.

The Cole Turkey was a good sub, but a little TOO much bread for me, even though the bread was delicious. Good value for the money.

Made us sick. Bought some sandwiches, husband wanted something else so he didn't eat here. Me and my two daughters that did eat the sandwiches have been sick and puking.

One of only two sandwich shops in St George where I am guaranteed to get a good sandwich at Great Value. It might seem a little expensive to some, however when you taking the quality it is worth it!Parking: As it is in a strip mall there is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not a problem.

Ordered a Bobby. Everything was ice cold. What little bit of stuffing was on it was in big cold clumps. The turkey had a big bone in it. Gravy was good. But I expected more from a 21.00 combo.

the shop is always filthy so I never eat in there. But today makes the 3rd time my order is screwed up, this time wrong sandwich totally. When I called, they said the manager was indisposed. Fine call me back. No call and he left with orders to credit me back for one of the two sandwiches. That's fine, but WHAT ABOUT MY LUNCH? I'm hungry, it is now 1:38 and the problem of NO LUNCH is not resolved. I am 6 blocks away, why can't they make a new one and deliver it???? And the manager is gone leaving a person with no authority to manage a disappointed HANGRY customer. No more. Never again. Not the first time, never a solution that is acceptable. If the money was important, that might be a solution but what do I eat at nearly 2pm for my lunch?????The picture below is not a cheese steak sandwich!

So wish we had a Capriotti's back in San Diego. Whenever I see a Captriotti's I HAVE to make a stop and get my favorite the Hot Bobbi. SO good! Every sandwich I've tried has always been incredible! fresh and so flavorful. Love that they have wagyu options now.

Here now. Dirty inside. Bowl of soup was the equivalent of half a cup of soup. Half a turkey sub was uninteresting and totally forgettable. Will NOT return. Period.

We love this place and stop by every time we are in town. Today we ordered 8 large sandwiches. Went in, and the restaurant was completely empty and the employees basically lectured us for ordering too many sandwiches. We were courteous and thanked them before we left and they didn’t say a word and headed straight in the back room. They were very unfriendly and obviously felt put out that they had to work.

I enjoy Capriottis, and I came in for dinner because I was craving a Philly cheese steak. Ordered my food, the guy looked at me like I was an idiot because I read the sandwich right off the board. Then, as the 2 workers are making my sandwich, he proceeds to talk badly about me and the way I ordered my sandwich as he is making it. They also used profane language like there was no one in the restaurant. Very unprofessional, and I was annoyed. And to top it all off they put no peppers on my sandwich so I paid 24 bucks for a large steak and cheese sandwhich.
