Over 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, from what I could tell they were majorly under staffed. The two girls working the drive-through window and the inside register were also making the food. I felt bad for them. They were just set up to fail.Food was fine. Just unreasonably long wait for fast food. Definitely won’t be my first pick next time.

Food was made fresh, drive thru person was great but waited 27 minutes in drive thru for 2 country burrito, 17 minutes of that was waiting on 1 truck ahead of me. LEARN TO PARK THE GUEST. I ORDERED 1 COUNTRY burrito... Thats all and waited that long. When I politely ask if they park cars here (after I was told they ordered a bunch of burgers) she acted like she'd never heard the term. Thats not on employees, thats on management and training.

So disappointed in the order we received tonight. We ordered 3 Big Carl sandwiches with pickles and a few other things. We had to wait for our food. Then they brought it out to us in the smallest bag they could find and it was STUFFED so full it ripped when we took it. We asked if it was everything because the bag was so small. They said yes. Because it was stuffed and I could barely move stuff around to verify it looked like it was okay. Drove home. Got everyone’s burgers out and one of the Big Carl sandwiches was missing. So we only got 2. Verified on the receipt we paid for 3. Then the 2 Big Carl sandwiches we got only had 1 patty on them. They should have had 2. So not only were we missing food, the food we did receive was made incorrectly. I immediately tried calling, after 7 attempts of the phone just ringing and ringing and then going to a full voicemail box we just gave up. We live 30 minutes from this location so driving back wasn’t really cost effective. It is beyond frustrating to order food and go through a drive thru and be told it’s complete and then it’s not. How hard is it to verify before giving it to a customer.

Took a long time (we waited 30 minutes) and then it was wrong The lady wasn’t too helpful, so I went to Night Owl (name in badge) and she was very nice and helpful.Kid-friendliness: Our kids meal came with no burger, and then they brought the wrong kind of burger

I made two purchases at this location. The burgers bought the first day at 12:30 p.m. provided freshly cooked burgers that were delicious. The burgers purchased the second day at 1:30 p.m. were cold, the bun was not edible--who knows what was wrong, the service took long enough to present the appearance of freshly cooked meat--it was a tasteless leftover from the lunch rush.The table had been wiped, but it wasn't clean.Don't eat here unless you are buying during during the middle of a mealtime rush.
