Service was s***. The quantity served was unacceptable. We asked for a kid's meals and charged us extra to add 4 more pieces of chicken and a quarter cup of lettuce, and the only other thing on the taco tray was sower cream. If you want your money's worth, go to the McDonald's down the road.

Charged for price of double meat portion size compared to standard chipotle ordered at other locations. And when I asked for double meat I was given a strange look. The chips are definitely stale from the order as well. Definitely won’t be wasting time at this location again.

went to this location after a long absence from the last bad experience. I asked for a burrito bowl just like the customer infront of me. His portion size was huge. I asked for 1/2 chicken steak. The server gave me about 4 pieces of steak. I asked for more, he proceeded to argue about portion control. Literally the customer infront of me got a huge portion. I asked to talk with the manager, he listened to my story with a smirk on his fake half laughing at me. Offered some free chips and salsa. (How about giving more steak...). I have seen this happen to multiple places in town. A certain mexican restaurant in Hurricane did this. They gave people minuscule portions and everyone stopped coming. Ironically Durangos just across the street never has issues. Owner, dont offer me a free meal if i come in. That is an empty offer. Tell me you are going to fix the problem. I will go to the Washington location from now on.

They keep raising their prices and now they seem to be shrinking their portions.This location was also very light on the lettuce, I got a bowl and even with extra lettuce it was skimpy.
