This place is great! The two kids working upfront were extremely nice and helpful! Unfortunately the j*** before us in line was so rude to the staff! I was embarrassed for his behavior! The food and prices were awesome!

How do you mess up a quesadilla? I ordered a quesadilla with shrimp and fajita vegetables. I was told they had no onion but my order did come with onions along with the peppers. However, they forgot the veggies and added them to the side. There was hardly any shrimp on it and it was undercooked. For $13.20, I was highly disappointed. (visited 2-26-22 @ 7:20pm)

The name caught my attention.. walked in.. every table was filthy, walked up to order, and the ordering bar was messy and very disorganized. I ordered Carne Asada, street style.. When order was received, very dry, no salsa, out of Pico, the Spanish Rice was very hard and beans over cooked. I know times are hard, and getting folks to work is challenging, but paying $10 for a plate, I couldn't eat. Not happy.

Not sure why there's low reviews. This place was great. Lots of options for food. Pick your taco, burrito, bowl or whatever. Pick your protein, pick your extras, pick your style! Love the options! Fast and friendly service!

Coming to this location is like an abusive relationship, you think “oh last time was just a mistake, it’ll be different this time!”My wife and I have came here five times since this location opened in St George, and every single time we come there will be 3-6 people in front of us and we wait 30-45 minutes to order and receive the food. Sometimes an hour!! The workers are not running efficiently and look confused most the time. This is a management issue and I can’t believe it has not been fixed after the last couple years. The food is pretty good but the service is not worth it.This last visit is our last time coming here. If you hate long waits then take my advice and stay away until management figures out how to make this place a well oiled machine.

its tacos man, tacos is always good , just wish the portions was a bit bigger although I am kinda of a fatty so...maybe they're ok? lol they're pretty nice polite and fast. always a good lunch.

Update: management addressed the concerns, apologized for the experience, and made it right. Updated the stars (2 to 4) because they were quite responsive.Bad service - staff was unprofessional - and when we got home realized half of our order wasn't there. Called to correct it, and they were unapologetic and suggested we come back to rectify the issue after the holidays on Monday (it's Thursday) because they were about to close. We spent $120 for a family of 8 and it was absolutely not worth it.
We have been visiting this restaurant for more then a year now. I've never left a review for them before, hoping the service and food would get better, but alas....it has not. In the many times we have ordered from Chronic Tacos our meals have never been correct. My wife is allergic to cilantro and always asks for "no pico" and yet every time we have to watch closely to make sure it isn't added. If we do catch them making it wrong, we get a very poor attitude when ask them politely to just scrape it off (not asking for new item, just remove the pico). We periodically ask for extras and add-ons, but regularly they are forgotten to be put in the order. If you have an allergy or want something changed, DO NOT order online where you can't watch the staff. One time when COVID just began we order through DoorDash due to be sick and quarantined and our food was wrong. When we called to ask them to fix it, we were on hold for 45 minutes before someone finally said "sorry, can't do anything about it" We really like the food when it is good, but that seems to have gotten fewer and farther between. Unfortunately, after this long of a time, we will not be eating here anymore and will be sure to let everyone else know as well. Also, check their Facebook page, they've turned off reviews.....that should tell you a lot too.

I should have read the reviews. The only good thing about this place is the name. Would be better off with Chipotle and cheaper. They couldn't get the order right, rice was cold and hard. Beans tasteless. Don't bother.

I am very displeased with my order. The rice was pretty good; however, the tacos were soggy and the Vegan Beef taco was extremely crunchy, I could not even eat more than one bite. I could be wrong, but I don't think beef is supposed to be crunchy? Also, one of the tacos was heavily coated with sour cream and I could not even taste anything other than that. The burritos had far too many peppers. (When I specifically made sure that it only had beans and cheese). If you are going to eat at this restaurant, maybe go to the place itself instead of delivering.

Tried this place thinking it might be good. Very disappointed in the taste and quality of food. Not to mention me and the two others who were with me are all sick as dog within 90 minutes of eating. NOT RECOMMENDED

I ordered the Carne asada fries and it was like eating a raw potato. ordered street corn and that never arrived until after I had made them remake the order.
