Their mango salmon is seriously one of THE BEST dishes I've ever had. Their four pear pasta is wonderful too. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience wow I'm new in town from Sarasota Florida I live right down the street from the restaurant it was 5:00 I was at the restaurant for 1 hour and 45 minutes I had two beers on the patio I ordered french fries to go my waitress Amanda probably came over about 10 times asking me if I was all right wow I was fine I just wanted to be alone and enjoy the view she asked me if I wanted a third beer I said no I'm good I ordered french fries to go I go inside the restaurant to pay my bill at the front lobby for some reason the manager Janessa or Vanessa or whatever her name is kept asking me in front of patrons coming into the restaurant if I was okay to drive and if I needed Uber she asked me probably about six times how rude and disrespectful like I was drunk and intoxicated to drive over and over in front of patrons coming in for dinner as I sat there totally embarrassed and humiliated in front of the public I told her six times I'm fine I don't need Uber what in the hell is her problem she is the general manager number one I was corporate from Scottsdale Arizona she needs to be retrained in customer service if she pulled that stunt in Scottsdale she would be walking out the door in 2.5 seconds jobless I've asked her for the number for corporate for the grievance and complaint I still haven't heard back from the owners I am absolutely livid I am 59 years old and have never been treated in a restaurant such as this from this person Janessa she should not be general manager she should be doing dishes in the back unbelievable unacceptable unprofessional to a paying customer for the first time in that restaurant that was my second day in St George I will contact the owners very soon she is not a general manager especially of that restaurant.. she does not know who I am I have never seen her before and I will never see her again wow ❌

Incredible service. Our waiter was very attentive, drinks always full, and personable service. Everyone’s meal was excellent and perfectly cooked. I had the steak burger and it was perfection!
Come for the view, stay for the.... appetizers? Came here from out of town for MILs birthday dinner. Thank goodness for the appetizer Brussel sprouts and Parmesan fries, which were both delicious. On the other hand my Maple Rosemary Grilled Chicken was nothing short of gross. The chicken breast was super dry, the sauce tasted like straight soy sauce and the risotto tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer all day, clearly not made to order and overcooked. My husband got the even worse white fish curry and I took one tiny bite and could barely stomach it. My daughter had the Cajun pasta, and privately told me that it was not very good. For these prices, I expect much more than what we got. I can get the view for free. We were with my in-laws, who were excited to take us there, so returning our food was not an option. But will NOT be back.

The food is honestly not very good in comparison to fancy restaurants in big cities. Wayyy too expensive.
Have known of this place for a long time. It's considered by some a fine dining establishment. I don't think it qualifies. I had the filet. My friend had a pasta dish. The pasta dish was average. The steak, which I ordered medium rare came out well done.When asked by the waitress, I let her know. She asked if I wanted another one, and I declined. I can't see wasting the meat, the time, etc. She politely made me aware once more that they could make me another, and I declined.They gave me a free dessert to compensate, which I did appreciate. But I would have rather had a correctly cooked steak. Also, the veggies that came with the steak were fairly flavorless, and utterly uninventive. Mashed potatoes were good.Overall, absolutely not worth the price, and a fairly disappointing experience overall. I had high expectations, and for a so-called "fine dining" establishment, I would think that was warranted. I would not return here.

If you want a memorable dining experience with great food and a spectacular view, this place is for you. As its name implies, Cliffside sits atop a cliff, with beautiful views of St. George, its bluffs, and the mesas and mountains beyond. The food and staff were as great as the view.

I was worried that this would be a great view and mediocre food but I couldn't have been more wrong! The food and service is as terrific as the view!3 of our 4 had the fish-trout and the fish special and I had the rib eye. We had the calamari and Brussel appetizer. All was excellent. Our server was great!Highly recommend!
