The lady that was getting our tortillas ready was extremely rude. The food was so disappointing the pork was soggy and the tortilla tasted old. I want my money and time back!!!!!! So disappointing and health hazard!⚠️

Wow, the food was really bad. It was all fresh and hot, I was excited to try this for my first time. I won't be back. Low quality ingredients, I mean even the beans taste like they're right out of a package. Not much better than Taco Bell. Saving grace was the cookie.As far as service and atmosphere, there's some sort of supervisor or owner circling the place and every staff member is on edge, going as fast as they can as to not upset her. This special needs woman has been cleaning tables and windows for 30 minutes and the boss keeps coming over to correct her although they look clean.Atmosphere feels very stressful. Won't be back unfortunately.
I wish they had more locations out east where I live, the sweet pork bbq burrito is incredible.

I’m a Costa Vida girl and I look forward to when I come to Utah to get my costa. Especially the horchata. Welp, today I was disappointed. The horchata was so watered down it didn’t event taste right. It seems like they were trying to spread it thin. My burrito was fine. But if the standards are slipping it’s a bummer, they had good food.

Costa vida is always great. This location in particular seems to always be a little more calm and helpful.Parking: Parking is shared with several other businesses, so it can be busy, but not usually hard to find a spot. You may need to walk a little ways to get to the restaurant
I don't like to give bad reviews but the food I ordered was so disappointing that I had to share with others. I went thru the drive thru in the St. George location near the River road location. I ordered the beef barbacoa burrito and the beef barbacoa salad for a friend. The burrito had so much beef inside as if they were trying to get rid of it. It had long stringy beef pieces that were tough in texture. I divided my burrito in half and had to take mounds of beef out. It filled a huge Tupperware at home. It tasted disgusting. The salad was excessive amounts of the same beef and hardly and lettuce or anything else..again like they were purposely trying to get rid of their beef by shoveling way too much in the salad. Tasted horrible. Sorry this was not acceptable and done sloppy. I can't recommend this beef. Not good, tasted very tough and no flavor. I don't recommend ordering anything with the beef barbacoa. If you go, get chicken or something else. Beef was not good.

The portion sizes are medium to large.The service was outstanding.From the young man-Ben (I think) who checked us out, to everyone who made contact with us.They are always friendly and welcoming. So, I walked in, I was greeted by Sophia after she was done helping a customer!! She is so full of energy and a hard worker that I see in her! We chatted while she was putting my food together! The food I haven’t ate yet! But always looks amazing to me and tastes amazing! I also didn’t catch the cashiers name! But he was super friendly and nice!
