Ordered delivery in the app, got a message saying my order was delivered, but no cookies ever arrived. Called the store, they said they weren't sure what happened. Said I could drive there to get the cookies (which I couldn't and is why I ordered delivery) or they could cancel the order. Not happy they wouldn't call the delivery driver to find out where they sent my cookies or at least resend my cookies that I paid a $7 delivery fee for... The one star given is for the polite worker who I spoke with on the phone who at least tried to do more.
