I went in the store and the they were not open even though their signage says they are open. This is not the first time this has happened. I was not the only one that this happened to there were about 20 people behind me that thought they were open. I then had to go to the drive through and wait forever.

I don't know why we keep giving this location a chance (probably because they're close to us). The drive-through is so slow and the blizzards are always melting. The employees don't seem to care, and based on all the reviews, it seems management doesn't care either, since things continue to stay the way they are.

I don’t do reviews. This is the worst DQ in the state of Utah and beyond. Don’t waste your money. Drive a couple miles and go to Main Street. The drive time will be made up by not waiting for the ridiculously slow moving line. The sign isn’t even lit up at night, the blizzards are always melted and unmixed. And trust me, they won’t flip your blizzard upside down ? sorry whoever owns this, there needs to be training. Wish it was better!

Ridiculous, fix your closing times so I don’t spend 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru lane to pull up to the menu to order at 10:30 P.M. when the times listed say you close at 11:00 P.M. and get told that you are closed for the night. Terrible customer service.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen, you can’t really go wrong. The ice cream is okay but the waits are insane. Genuinely never experienced such long waits for fast food in my life. I’m not one of those people who complains when it comes to service staff, but I have never gotten out of this drive thru in less than 15 minutes. I could be the only car and order one simple ice cream and it’ll take 15 minutes each time. Plus I’ve gotten misc things in my ice cream before.

No email.*This location just can't get a Royal New York Cheescake filled with Strawberry right!!! Within the past 6 months I've tried to get this Blizzard and every time it comes out wrong! I either get cheesecake bites, bites with strawberry, just the graham crakers.... it just amazes me that an item in the menu isn't made correctly. Add the ridiculous LONG DRIVE THRU wait times and I'm 100% done with this location.Luckily the temple opened up near this location so you'll have many unknowing people coming regardless of these reviews. Nevertheless, I won't be returning.

The service was slower than I thought possible. With only 2 orders in front of ours, it took 45 min to get 4 Blizzards. Unacceptable.
I am a die hard frozen hot chocolate girl and this location can not get it right.. last time there was almost no fudge so this time I asked for double fudge. Still almost no fudge. Also no whip cream and fudge drizzle on top. Also ordered a blizzard that was 3/4 inch from the top of the cup. The line here is always hideous which I will overlook for my fave treat but it's worth it to drive to a different location at this point.

This place is obscure offering a chicken strip basket for 6.99 then charging me 9.99 plus another .99 for a small drink the drink in question cost 2.49 and they say sorry it’s cooperate nothing I can do about it and this is very deceiving to every customer that comes in here a 6.99 basket plus a 2.49 drink and they say sorry it’s cause you added the drink she even say ide pay $4 for a small drink if I added a drink to anything this is not ok to do this I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I will not come here again until this is rectified and when asked about Bobby Jo just turned her back on me and said sorry nothing I can do I always return unused sauces I always thank them for my meal clean up after myself and this is how I am treated the owner needs to do something about this

Honestly I’ve been here multiple times in the past few months and it’s been slow and sometimes my blizzards came out sticky or not completely frozen. But I’m giving a 5 star for effort. I can see they are trying to make improvements and they have improved in the last few visits. Well the blizzards have been consistent at least.
