Rough Saturday night for Del Taco- Saw a few cars in the driveway so I parked and went into the empty dining area- Ordered 4 things for $9- The the wait began, 5 -10-15 minutes go by- All the while I am witnessing the most dysfunctional group of folks trying to learn how to put a taco together and it was not pretty ! Just a hot mess - No orders really being filled - Just folks chatting in a beyond messy kitchen- Manager trying to heard cats - No luck- After 20 minutes and no real idea of when I would ever have my small order completed - I gave up and asked for a refund- What a joke.

Haven't been to Del Taco in ages due to the skimpy tacos and burritos I received last time. There was maybe a teaspoon or two of meat, hardly any lettuce or cheese and burritos were a flour tortilla with a couple of teaspoons of beans. Recently I was on my way home from an appointment and I was in the mood for tacos so I decided to stop by Del Taco. Not really expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and my kids and I dug into our Fiesta Pack. The tacos and burritos were Fantastic! Just the right amount of meat, cheese, lettuce and the burritos had plenty of beans. Whoever was on the lunch crew on March 15th during the lunch hour...Great job! The Fiesta Pack (I initially thought) was a little pricey but it was Absolutely worth every penny. Five stars! ?

Food is pretty good but last night we waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes and there is no way to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Have people move around and park if orders are taking a while. People shouldn’t be allowed to order giant orders through the drive thru. The del taco in hurricane is nicer

We come here at least once maybe twice a week, we did have a problem with two orders in row.. HOWEVER we were unaware of the management and employee change. Kalena and Alex, two of the managers at this location are absolutely amazing an accommodating! They did everything they could to help us out! I would DEFINITELY come to this location if you are in town! Thank you so much! And yes I have worked in the food industry for multiple years so I don’t just complain to complain! So when I say they are amazing I truly mean this! ?

My wife found love. The person we ordered from at 11:28 on 27 January 2024. The girl who took our order guided us into a delectable spread. Chipotle. And my man hooked me up with the hot hot sauce. We will never forget ? great night crew there.
