We picked up a to go order last week and got home and found a dead fly in my wife’s sandwich. Fly in a hook and ladder sandwich.We contacted the restaurant and they told us to talk to corporate. We reached out to corporate and exchanged numerous back-and-forth emails and they keep telling me that someone locally will get a hold of me to issue me a refund and address the issue. I’ve yet to hear from anyone after 5 days. so I finally just gave up and I’m reluctantly posting a one star review on Google. Gross

Didn't like the food. Turkey was gross bread was old. All the workers are mad teenagers with no hustle. Stood in line forever to order. Stood by the door for a good 30 mins waiting for our food. Shouldn't take that long to grab sandwich to go.

Wow. Really surprised how good it was. Step above the other sub places. Had the meatball, hook n ladder, smokehouse brisket, and something else (not just me but … I tasted them all). They were delish. I’ll return.

Ordered via doordash. I was disappointed that the italian was not hot. It did not indicate on the online menu but was located amongst other sandwiches that were assumed to be warm. There was a second one listed among cold sandwiches so I assumed in error. The mac and cheese was tasteless and at 5.85 was a bigger disappointment. I won't do business there again.
I know it was busy at lunchtime, but the floor was sticky and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. We were missing a sandwich, and then it was made incorrectly.

I would give it zero stars if I could.How I could order a sandwich with three meats, and only get 1 is beyond me. I ordered a club that came with turkey, ham and bacon. They only sent me bacon on bread. Told me to contact DoorDash because they couldn’t do anything. How about offering to give me credit the next time I come in? This was ridiculous. I had read a review on DoorDash saying someone had only gotten one meat also what I didn’t believe that they would do that again. Well I was wrong, go to Subway where You can watch your sandwich be made. At least you’ll know you’ll get all the meat.

I love love love firehouse subs, one of my family's go to places. However, when we come to this location it's always dirty looking. Not something a broom wouldn't help make look 10 times better. I really could be ok with it if the location as busy. However, they're like 4-6 teenagers sit on their phones when we walked in with 1 customer sitting eating. We were in there probably 30 minutes while they were on their phone or talking to each together. I don't usually write reviews or do surveys unless the service is good. But this time I was just so irritated with sitting in a place and thinking I need to get up and get a broom and start cleaning it myself. ?

I love Firehouse Subs but today was exceptional. Not only did my online order only take about 5 min to make but I was able to run inside and request my sandwich be cut into thirds. I also asked Riley if I could pay for some extra pickles because my daughter is really sick and she wanted “Five pickles for lunch”. He said there was no extra charge for pickles and definitely came through. Great service today. Thank you so much!
