The employees are super friendly and helpful. The best thing at Freddy's is their frozen custard. Yum!!Parking: There's handicap parking right in front and it's easy to maneuver around. When their extremely busy, moving around might be difficult in a wheelchair.Kid-friendliness: They have food, fries and sweets that kids love.

We arrived during the lunch rush and there was an army of friendly workers that made everything move quickly! The food was great and the service even better. We loved the patty melt! The meat is tender and the onions are sautéed just right. The french fries are thin & crispy shoestring fries. Custard shakes are smooth & creamy! We enjoy seeing the old pictures on the wall and reading the history of this chain. It's a bit pricey so we don't go that often but we always have a good experience.
Burgers are thin and cooked till crispy around the edges, yet are delicious! Fries are very thin and tasty. Two burger patties are the normal size and this works well. I have been here a number of times and the burgers and fries have always been quickly cooked to order and served wonderfully hot, a huge difference from many other quick food places. Also serves frozen custard which is very good, kind of similar to Artic Circle in my opinion. Indoor seating fully available, outside seating as well. Also has drive thru and ordering via an application.

To start off me and my wife have always loved coming to Freddy’s, it was a place we came to love while dating and is one of our go to places when going out. This visit in particular was a little different as we arrived and got our food quickly as normal but when my wife took a bite of her burger she realized it was salted a little too heavily when we reported it with hesitation as we didn’t want to seem picky or rude Janessa was amazing. She assured us that it wasn’t a problem that we were bringing it up. She let us know they were training someone new and that it would be a good critic for them and then insisted on replacing it even when my wife didn’t care for another burger. She also offered a free custard and gave my wife a coupon for a meal for the next time we came in. She really went above and beyond with her service and we want to make sure her kindness and great customer service is recognized.

The insides need some repairs, and stock in the kitchen needs to be cleaned up so it's not a mess. Right now, the kitchen looks like a messy kids' room. Food was good and came out fast.
