Service was was great the soda machine was not working so they substituted a frozen drink. The chicken was ok the fries were great the cole slaw was unremarkable and was not fresh.

We first tried this place one time when we were in Vegas. It was amazing. We were really excited when it finally got announced to come to St. George! We tried it this week and it did not disappoint! The service was solid but of course this place is new so it is still figuring things out. Overall awesome dinner!

I know everyone is doing hot chicken, but this place is doing it right. There was a big line waiting on their to go orders when I walked in. Also a full dining room. I order the tenders and slaw. I should've got extra pickles because theirs are great. The amount of food was huge. Fries, slaw and two tenders. Their tenders are big. Their special sauce was super good too. I hope they open in AZ soon.

Such a cool place to hang out. The food is not good though… we got two different sandwiches and a salad. The chicken in the sandwiches was so over done we couldn’t tear it. The chicken in the salad was actually decent though (no idea of the difference). The manager came by and was very friendly and asked how our food was. I told her it was extremely dry and asked if it was overcooked or if it’s always that way? She said, “oh, well they probably overcooked yours. They’re new. I only eat the tenders.” …. Hmm… waste of $40. Go across the street to chic-fil-A! Consistent, delicious, and half the price. I was excited to try this place but… definitely a never again to add to my list.

Don't be fooled folks, this is just that "Cracked chicken" 2.0 all over again. This place is price gouging the heck out of their chicken. For 15-30$ you can get so many better meals. It's not that this place tastes bad but why would you be willing to give so much money for something so mediocre. Chick Fil A is right across the street and costs half the price and tastes better! Take it from a local, put your money back in your wallet and leave this place for the birds.

Presentation was on point. Long wait time to order, but once we ordered food it was delivered quickly. I wish they would have gave me the heads up on the “spicy” level. I am good on taking spicy foods, but this spicy level I didn’t enjoy unfortunately.

Never frozen chicken!? Waffles shipped from Belgium without ever being frozen (literally the best waffles EVER)!? I will not be going any where else to get a chicken sandwich. So good I definitely recommend.

We loved our experience at Houston Hot Chicken. The food was tasty - probably best to order their specialty of hot chicken. We liked eating outside on a beautiful day. The staff were all great and we really appreciated TAWNI - who went above and beyond with making sure we had everything we wanted!

The only reason it's getting 1 star is because there isn't a rating. Food was very mediocre to low quality at best. The worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. The first meal came out then 5-7 minutes later the second and then 20 minutes the last that was after asking for the check minus the last meal then it magically appeared. No one checked on our table during the meal to see if we needed drinks or anything else. one server was continuously playing with his hair and not once did he was his hands. Anyways like I said horrible service and food wasn't great.
