Ordered through the drive thru there was no line. The location on the boulevard is tough to get to if you are coming in the opposite direction. I ordered a family meal it was good as expected my only criticism is the dipping sauce. I wish they gave a few more for the nuggets for my kids. The biscuits weren't the best. Always loved KFC might go back again.

The food was great but the ordering experience was bad. The lady was rude and wasn’t welcoming at all. I was never told how much my order totaled and when I pulled up to the window the guy didn’t say a word but just put his hand out for me to pay as if I knew how much it was.

First and last time going to kfc today, asked for extra gravy and sauces because it dry and plain without... they did not give me any. told me I get a free cake with my order, charged me for it and still didn't give it to me!!!

Shorted our food, biscuits were like they'd been sitting out for 2 days.. literally rock hard at the ends. Wouldn't answer the phones during business hours so I'll consider that bad service. Just sad. Where the hell is management?? I can't believe this place is still in business

Food was disgusting. Chicken was burnt and gross. Service was terrible. You would think after seeing all the reviews that owners or management would do something to correct it. Chicken had to be at least a day old sitting under heat lamps. Had no paper plates. It was just terrible all the way around. Total waist of money and I'll never go back.

20 minute line to get an 8 piece meal plus a Mac and cheese side. Got home, they forgot the extra side so I called for a refund, it sucks but at least I'll get my money back, right? Manager said he couldn't refund me over the phone. Which is crazy for things today. The manager, Eric, then proceeded to tell me "kfc isn't a good place to be these days," and "I don't work at kfc to make good food." Woof. This guy needs to not be a manager of anything ever or get some serious training. Idk man, this location needs some serious help.
Girl at the window ran my card twice but refused to refund the second charge. Terrible attitude and I had to go to my bank to get my money back. I highly recommend that you DO NOY use a debit or credit card at this location.

There is only one thing that KFC is expected to be above average at doing: Chicken. In an age where even burger places make a decent chicken sandwich, you'd think KFC might even up its game a little. Alas, the best comparison I can make is the chicken "tenders" were like something you'd find at the buffet of an Indian casino in Nebraska on a Thursday afternoon. Horrible and horribly overpriced ($12 for the combo).The biscuit was tasty, warm and flaky, which I love. But you don't come to KFC for the biscuits. They are a tie-breaker at best.At least this location is combined with (and sullying the name of) A&W. The only reason this gets any stars at all (besides the fact that I have to do one in order to post a review) is that from-the-tap house-made A&W root beer is one of the best culinary treats in America. And to be fair, this location didn't find a way to screw that up

Went there and lobby was locked. Got in car queue figuring how long could it take. Well, it took 24 minutes. Trapped in line, no way out. It's hot. 101 degrees hot with the sun directly in my face. Called website phone number and got the store. They could not give me a number or e mail to corporate. They said it was COVID. Well, hundreds of people go to Home depot, and it is not a hotbed of infestation. KFC, you are not solving any pressing medical problems. Sheesh, if you want to close the lobby, at least put on enough staff to eliminate 24 minute wait times when it is 101 degrees outside. I am going to have a pacemaker installed in two days. Thanks for putting me through this. They said corporate has more stores in Utah. Well, keep your chicken, and I'll keep my money. Get your priorities right, or suffer the loss. I'm done. Especially with KFC in Utah. DO NOT GO THERE IF IT IS HOT, OR IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 3 CARS IN LINE! Sorry. After reading other reviews, I say don't go there under any circumstances. Peering through the door revealed a mess dirtier than my garage. I bet food prep area is equally disgusting.

Worst kfc in the state. Every time I've purchased food here they short me 1 or 2 pieces (If I order a 12 piece they give me 10 or 11 pieces). This time I ordered a 12 piece drumsticks & thighs and they gave me 4 drumsticks, 1 breast & 7 wings.... there is NO meat on wings so yes they ripped me off again!!!! I don't know if this location is incapable of hiring people who can count or people who don't know the difference between a thigh & a wing but where this happens every time I get food there it has to be deliberate. I called Tyler the general manager to complain about their business practices, he refused to come to the phone and the person I talked to basically gave me a 'so what' when I explained that they had ripped me off.I will never buy food from that kfc again

The lobby was closed due to Covid19 guidelines. The young man bringing out pick-up orders was great. Very courteous and good customer service. The chicken and side of Mac N Cheese was great. The biscuit was almost inedible. It was literally hard as a rock. Seriously tooth breaking hard.
