Ive generally had good experiences from this mcdonalds. I dont really look inside that much as I order curbside. However, lately they have had bad service in taking the curbside orders out. This last time it was 20 minutes before i got my order, and I had ordered 14 minutes prior to pulling into the McDonald's. And i had to walk inside the store to tell them. Its one thing if the order is still brought to me, but another if i just feel forgotten about, especially during not busy hours. I get it happens but would love to see this restaraunt take better service measures to ensure orders arent forgotten about, or neglected in the future. (Not to mention not giving a lot of fries for a large fry)

It's true that the nuggets were not fresh and reheated but the fries had just been made. The two people at the checkout were very nice!

I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with a folded egg, no cheese.... look what I got. It was gross, cold and not even close to what I ordered. I also had to wait 6 mins for my order because they were out of hashbrowns. I don't mind waiting if I get my order, and it's still nice and hot. SUPER dissatisfied and annoyed I spent money and time, for nothing. I threw it away because it was so gross....

Larry is an awesome gentleman!! Not only he’s quick with our orders working both the cash register and grill, but he’s very friendly ? Thank you McDonald’s for an employee like Larry!! He gives McDonald’s a great name.

I ordered through McDonald's mobile app at 11:30pm where it said the business would be open until until 4am. Google also lists this business as open 24 hours. I arrived at the business just after midnight to find both of the drive-thru lanes blocked off with cones. Not only did I not get the food that I ordered, but I was charged at the time I placed the order. There's no way to cancel an order or request a refund through the app. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to call the business when they are open to request a refund. Absolute garbage!

Missing Fish Sandwich called to ask about getting a coupon and was told they don’t send out coupons. Come back and they will make one to replace it, I was already headed out of town.

We’ve gone to this McDonald’s location a few different times this month and every time we have had staff scream at us in the drive through when they ask us to park on the street and the person in front of us is blocking us from getting out of the drive thru and the staff unprofessionally screams at us without just going out and asking the driver in front of us to move so they weren’t blocking the drive through. There’s a Hispanic woman that works evenings there that never gets the mobile codes right or even peoples orders right and then proceeds to argue with the customer when we’ve never had any issue with the mobile order codes with any other employee. She definitely needs training on how to enter in mobile code deals and how to be professional and courteous with the customers. I just went there tonight about 20 minutes ago and when I got there it took about five minutes for this same Hispanic woman I’ve had issues with in the past to come over the speaker and ask what I want so then I proceed to tell her what I want and it’s radio silence then she comes back on laughing hysterically a few minutes later asking me what I’d like to order and then says oh sorry what did you want again and so I tell her twenty piece nugget, large fry, and two large cokes for the second time and she’s still just laughing with her coworkers not paying attention the customer and I end up leaving McDonald’s with my order wrong because she can’t do her job and cares more to joke around with coworkers than listen to the customers and make sure their order is right. Really rude unprofessional staff at the blvd location.
