My wife and I never frequent Panda Express but because of the courteous service, friendly personality and positive experience we received by Angel, we have been coming weekly. He is always there to assure our needs are met and we’re totally satisfied with service. Angel definitely deserve a raise as he goes over and beyond for all customers we’ve seen.
Service there was awful. Waited long for the food and then basically threw the bag at my wife when it finally was ready. Just because a place is busy doesn't forgive that kind of rude behavior.

Overtime I go there there's always a 50/50 that my order is wrong just went there and they messed up my order and when I went back to ask for the missing item they gave me the smallest portion. Disappointed that they very Change just go to a diffrent panda location.

I'm very disappointed with Panda Express (this location), which used to be great, especially its portion size. We ordered broccoli beef with barely 2 or 3 pieces of tiny slices of beef. Not acceptable! We ordered a bigger plate, and they forgot to add 3rd item. As paying customers, we should not go through the hassle of checking everything at the drive thru. Fix this issue, please!

We went through the drive thru but they were professional and got everything right.Kid-friendliness: Since you walk down a line and can see the food, for the kids they can actually see what they want. Visual is always better in my personal opinion.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking right in front, which is awesome and there's plenty of room in the restaurant to maneuver around tables.

The food was hot, fresh and tasty. It's aways nice to go to your favorite fast food restaurant and get the same great food everywhere you go. I also noticed how well the manager at this location was on his game getting the crew to work as a team in providing excellent and cheerful service. Managers like that are hard to find so do what you need to to retain him.

The St George locations are consistently among the worst that I've ever had from Panda.. Not sure if it's the franchisee, but you can go 30 minutes north or south on I15 and the flavor is as though you're at a completely different brand of restaurant! The service at this location is hit and miss, I've had good service here, but just as often I get half a serving that I am charged extra for because it is a "premium entrée" (with only 2 pieces of meat). I don't have a problem paying extra for a premium entrée, but paying extra is so that I get the full entrée, no?

This is the 3rd time the employees are rude, not only did I wait in the Drive Thru 30 min. But my food was cold and the girl at the window was unprofessional I’m done going to this place. I asked for a large cup of ice and she wanted to charge me for ice after I waited for 30 min without telling me when I got to the speaker your fryer was broken? you made me late to work and I didn’t even enjoy the cold food

I love panda express but this location is downright awful, tried to give them a couple chances but every time something is wrong.They gave us the wrong order one time.Literally gave me 5 pieces of orange chicken in my bowl, like how am I supposed to get full for lunch when they barely give you anything?Didn't give us all of our order one time as well....Just don't go to this location the one across town is wayyyyy better!

We went in around 5:20. We were the only ones in line and they took a while to get to us. By 5:50pm we were done eating and there were 4 employees on break in the middle of dinner rush at that point. The line had gotten very long almost to the door. The food was not flavorful.
