Our pizzas were ready in 10-15 minutes for pickup, and hot when I picked up. Location was clean. Parking lot is a little cramped but not bad. Friendly staff as well!

After 1 hour of waiting for a pizza I could not even be told if my order was in line to be cooked, they had absolutely no way of finding where my order was in line. I decided to cancel my order and I could not get receipt of refund because the employee who handles that was too busy .

Worst service ever! Ordered pizza online, paid for it, gave clear instructions. Not a place hard to find BEST WESTERN gave the room number. An hour later no pizza. Called them they said they tried to deliver it and no one answered. I'm literally sitting next to the door. They promise to make another one and deliver it. One hour later no pizza. Called them again and they claim to have dropped it off at the door. No knock, no call, no pizza. They suck big time. Girl and manager both with attitudes. Owner needs to clean house by the looks of other reviews. Better get my refund credit!!

The staff was very friendly and the pizza delicious. We got a nice surprise when we saw they actually came through with our online instructions to draw a panda on the box. A for effort A+ for service B for drawing accuracy, youll get there
