We got worried when they started closing some Pizza Hut locations in St. George. We are happy that this one still exists, since we love their Supreme Pizza. We found the prices to be decent. The toppings were good and plentiful, although the crust was a bit dryer than it used to be.

Unfortunately, the chicken in the melt wasn't fully cooked. Meaning it was cold and squishy. The husband said it was cold and gagged wouldn’t finish it. We waited for a very long time. I guess they placed the wrong melt for us, so we had to wait longer. We get people make mistakes, so we aren't mad. They were perfessional and nice. I think the team worked well together. Good work ethics. Just the chicken melt and the Buffalo chicken wasn't good. Both tasted gross and cold. Next time we visit Saint George , we will try them again, though. Just won't get chicken.

Look here. I ordered a pizza and pasta through the Pizza Hut app. Delivery. All is well and good, I’m relaxing, waiting for my delivery. My delivery driver showed up to my house and practically threw my order in my face. She complained about how hard it was to find my house, and sped off in an angry manner. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’m not one to call in for mediocre service. But this delivery driver rubbed me wrong , I called Pizza Hut to complain about their driver. Come to find out they “Subcontract” pizza deliveries to door dash if they are short staffed. That in no way should leave you unaccountable for what happens on deliveries that aren’t in house. And to top everything off. The pizza was dumpster pizza. Which is where it now lies. Dry, and lacking any redeemable qualities. It now lies in the garbage where I imagine it will go to the landfill where not even vultures bat an eye toward.

Picked up a pizza last week for takeout and there was a giant hair on top of the pizza. Had to throw it away. I live 5 hours away from this location and picked it up as I was passing through town on a road trip. Didn’t have time to go back. Reached out to corporate hoping to maybe get a coupon or something for a pizza (never asked for my money back) and they basically told me I was out of luck. Super disappointed. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut but I don’t think I’ll ever return to any of their locations after this. I understand accidents happen, I’m only upset that corporate told me I’d have to go back to the store I got it from even though I live hours away rather than just making it easy on me.

I attempted to order take out for a later time. I tried to pay with a $50 bill when my total was $40. Got told you don’t take $50 bills. I know it’s not a change issue (because the change would be less than $10) it’s just super inconvenient for the people who only have cash. I’ve heard so many bad things about this establishment and I won’t be coming back sadly.

So tonight we had a miscommunication about what we wanted and ended up getting the wrong thing however once we brought it to Robert’s attention he was so super sweet and fixed it right away his pleasant attitude was greatly appreciated he definitely needs a raise and to be told he’s doing a great job thank you Robert because of u we will definitely be back

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a business.I’m okay waiting and I understand when a business may be running behind, but after waiting an hour and a half for one pizza it was absolutely pathetic. Not only did I myself wait an hour and a half later than my original pick up time standing in the store for my pizza I also witnessed multiple door dash people leave or get their orders cancelled and people come in and demand refunds for no leadership telling anyone the estimated time for their food was a lie nor would it be later. After an hour of waiting if it wasn’t for me going up and asking the girl after being told my order would be ready soon, I would have never received it. I myself had to go into their receipts at the front and find my receipt as no one else would and then give it to them to only find out they forgot my order. After an hour and a half of being told it was coming I had for dash people come up to me after trying to come back for another order tell me they felt awful for me. They gave me for empathy than the actual employees…. I think the worst part is there was a severe lack of leadership from the adults and managements. At no time did they ever come in to address the issue and the only thing I received was a “sorry” as I got my pizza. Absolutely disastrous of an experience and I would recommend someone go to any other pizza place other than this.

I would definitely give 5 stars because I love Pizza Huts pizza. But I very recently ordered a Bigger Dinner Box with 3 pizzas: 1 was supposed to be Supereme. The other was supposed to be pepperoni lovers and the 3rd was supposed to be meat lovers. Well they screwed up. They somehow gave us 2 Supreme pizzas and 1 pepperoni pizza. Not only that but they also gave us another large Supreme pizza. Very disappointed with this experience
