Five people working , not one working the front counter. Employees looking at customers not greeting anyone or saying "someone will be with you in a min. "Finally a older gentleman came to the counter , the had to log in or something. Then grated the couple in front of me . Employee looked really chill and laid back with his hat on backwards .Professionalism & SERVICE IN THIS PLACE isn't a priority.

HORRIBLE. Always out of everything, when I do get my order the chicken is barely edible. They always get my order wrong and it honestly doesn’t even taste like they follow the recipe. I’ve had Popeyes in so many other cities, but the St. George location doesn’t even taste the same ?

I love POPEYES its always been one of my favorites..i use to drive all the way to mesquite to get there sandwiches not to mention those biscuits..yum...the service was friendly and people were quite pleasant..

Yowsa - What's going on here these days ? It's always been good for us previously. Today I was handed a 2/Piece meal with what must have been the world's smallest chicken breast - Mashed potatoes gravy was basically flavored water. $13 - lol. I will stick to the Popeyes in Salt lake.

3rd time I’ve tried to order food here. First time about a year ago waited at drive threw for 10 minutes to order get to the window and they tell me it’ll be 20 minutes after i pay. Waited over 40 minutes total and then when i got home more than half my order was missing. Next two times including tonight “under new management” sign they are always out of almost everything so i just leave. You wait 5-10 minutes for them to take your order then they just tell you we’re out and list the 2 things you can order. How do you not order enough food and run out of frozen food??? The new management is even worse than before.

Stopped by at the end of a long road trip yesterday and had a terrible experience. We were first in line at the drive-thru and we waited for several minutes before anyone helped us. They were out of several menu items at 6pm, including Coca-Cola which was surprising. When we got our food, I took a sip of the lemonade I ordered and it was just straight tap water. My Cajun fries not only didn’t have any Cajun seasoning on it, they weren’t even salted. The chicken sandwich was fried in old oil so it tasted burned. The biscuit we got had a sour taste to it and we woke up with stomach aches this morning. I’ve never had such a terrible experience even at a fast food place and I’ll not be going again.
