I should have taken a picture because they were so good! Banana cream pie, and my daughter got might be my favorite, but a close second was the fried ice cream and match made in heaven. Friendly staff made their experience all worth it. Great prices also!

So it's March 23rd 2024 at 10;15 pm , and online says they close at 11 pm, their door says they close at 11 pm, but we went to go in and the door was locked. We heard great things about this place and unfortunately we can't leave a good review because they closed up before the closing time. I really hope the owners get to see this. If I remember I'll try to call them on Monday cuz this is completely uncalled for when you advertise something different. Or change the time if you plan to close to early. Change it permanently so there is no frustrated ppl.

Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to get ice cream. 2 workers ice cream ran out and had to get filled. Need more workers and not one ice cream machine. After I got my ice cream it did not have heath bar. When I asked about it they said they ran out. Better service and ice cream at the alumni.

Ice cream is not very cold and super melty right off the bat. They also do not have their updated menu online. They no longer serve dairy free ice cream for those with dairy allergies.
Horrendous experience - will never return. I visited this ice cream shop with my baby and requested a large cup to conveniently transport three ice creams home. Shockingly, the staff insisted on charging me an additional $3 ($1 per cup) on top of the $8 I had already spent on each of the ice creams, despite generously tipping them $5. They rudely informed me that only a mini cup was available. To make matters worse, they coldly observed me struggling to handle my baby and the three ice creams, which were spilling out of the tiny cup. Frustrated, I returned to the shop and pleaded once again for any assistance in transporting the ice creams home, but they callously refused unless I paid more. It is truly unbelievable. By the time I reached home, the ice cream had leaked all over my lap and the car. I am deeply disappointed as I was initially excited about this new ice cream shop in town. Will never go back. Also, my wife left a review and the owner’s response was “pound sand” which is just the cherry on top of such horrible business practices and customer service.

Dirty, unbelievably slow service, only 1 teenage employee and clearly this kid has no customer skills. Whoever is running this place needs to get it together, you can't afford every customer to be one and done.

Weird ice cream joint, but then I’m an old retired guy who just wanted an ice cream cone. They have a number of menu items that include different flavours and toppings, but the photos looked like mini Christmas trees! I asked for a custom cone - plain vanilla - and it was good, if $4.50 plus tax is a good deal for a small cone.I’m sure they have a dedicated following, but the joint was empty when I was there…Good luck, guys - you are certainly targeting a niche market (in this old guy’s opinion, at least).
