Rude employees. I asked for my drink half-sweet and the server became noticeably frustrated. She asked multiple times for me to clarify because she didn’t understand what half sweet means. We paid and told her to have a good day, and she looked away and said “yeah”. They weren’t even busy… I’ve never had that happen before. I guess a location that has this kind of traffic isn’t concerned about training their employees to provide decent customer service. It feels like this location is poorly run, and has been for the last couple months. Save yourself some trouble, and go support a local business like Perks.

Frustrated because I repeated my order twice and it was still made incorrectly. What was even more frustrating is that the girl working the window talked to the people in the car in front of me for 5 minutes while I waited and then didn’t hand them anything which means they were chit chatting. When I got to the window my order still wasn’t ready so I suspect the order wasn’t placed until I pulled up which is why it was made incorrectly! Sandy is the manager at this store and she was not on duty and the shoftlead was not focused on customers!

This is a small Starbucks located near the outlet strip mall in St. George. The drinks are the stereotypical options that you would expect from the Starbucks franchise. This is a decent place to grab a quick drink.

The cashier at the drive through was very disrespectful when we asked to use a coupon when she scanned my card on the app. Told us that we were holding up the line and it would be very inconvenient for her. She gave us a thorough talking to after she told us she had a long line. Very disappointed.
