Don't know why they insist on CLOSING 10 minutes early, wanted to surprise my Wife with a Hot Chocolate to say, I Love you, but even though they close at 6pm they insisted they were closed at 5:50! And I KNOW they closed early because I called my Wife to say I'm so sorry and it wasn't even 6 pm yet.I understand they want to clean up and go Home, but then don't say you are OPEN until 6 pm. Nice Job Starbucks at Lins. ZERO on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EFFORT.

Horrible service. The girl making my drinks was on her phone the entire time. When she first handed out my drink they were both wrong, one was the wrong size and the other was just completely wrong. Then after taking my drinks back she dumped my original drink into a bigger cup which I said was fine then proceed to ONLY ADD ESPRESSO. no extra milk or anything which left my drink tasting horrible. Would not recommend this location.

i ordered a chai tea with sweet cream cold foam the drink was really good, but as i was siping on i notice there was something soft i thought it was just ice but i took it out of my mouth and it was some sort of bug. i still drank all of my drink, maybe you guys just didn’t see it or something but anyways i still love you guys so much!

I asked for a dragon fruit refresher and they didnt have anymore of the actual fruit they put in it. But they made the drink anyway. I feel like they should have asked me if I wanted a different flavor with the fruit. Its an expensive drink and they just didnt care.

I am beyond infuriated with the employee Kimberly(assuming she didn't give me a wrong name). Our family was in the store as she pushed a shopping cart and quietly said, "excuse me".. and as the small kids didn't hear, Kimberly decided to just push through them and intentionally hit my niece with the cart. There was no apology whatsoever. This is inexcusable behavior. Sickening! I approached this Starbucks employee and her response was, "Well I said excuse me." And then continued on to giggle with her co-worker over it. Zero remorse for her behavior. Gross.

Great service every time I get a drink! Never any complaints. If you come when Natalie or Garrett are here you will never be disappointed with the drink or service. 10/10

Just ordered 2 Caramel Fraps and they tasted like watered down coffee with no creamer. There was no flavor let alone a caramel flavor. Had to go to a different Starbucks to get an actual caramel frap. Thank you Starbucks by Hearts for fixing my drink !
