The lady at the counter had me wait 5 minutes before taking my order when I was the only one at the counter, which normally I would be absolutely fine with I really don’t mind waiting. But I minded this time because the only reason she wouldn’t dain to talk to me was not because she was working or cleaning or anything but just that she was blatantly on her phone and wanted to keep being on her phone.

Been here a few times before and honestly service was great, the girls seem to have a handle on great customer… till today I meet TARA, for the person to be that’s running this location. She needs to be retrained ASAP on customer service. Not to mention on how to treat her staff…would love to talk with the Area manager or someone that trains her… girls keep up the great service, management needs to change. Just Tara to be specific. Thanks for time.

This is by far the best Chinese food in the area. The food is fresh and tasty. They have a good variety on the menu and you get plenty especially for the cost. I go for food, of course, but I must mention the staff they are supreme, very efficient and friendly.

Drink was made bad. The reason I am giving this bad review however was I asked for a cup of water after paying for the $5 drink and she said, yeah but it costs money. I get it, gotta cover the cost of the cup and everything, but really? What’s more valuable, a .15 cup or a customers experience and willingness to come back.
