I have been to this location several times. My first experience was poor but has improved each time. When this location is slow, the food is better and you get it faster. When it's busy, you might wait. Plan and simple. I always appreciate their teriyaki bowls. I wish their kitchen was more efficient and the workers had more urgency when working but overall I will continue to return.

The food was awesome, the restaurant was clean and we had great service with a super helpful cashier named Austin! I’ll definitely go back for another chicken bowl!
Took 30 minutes to get our food out, cashier was not friendly, and the food was horrendous. Potstickers were burnt, chicken tasted old and dry, steak tasted freezer burned, veggies were not cooked all the way. We took a few bites, and then threw all the food away. Such a waste of money.I never leave reviews, but this was so bad, I had to.

Slow service and dirty dining room a lot of people waiting for food at lunch time. Cashier pretty much threw my cups at me and laughed, she was not in the mood to work it looked like. She had blue hair and just didn’t seem to want to be at work I get having bad days but the service was horrible. Bunch of kids running the kitchen as well. Used to like this place but it’s has gone down hill.

Best experience I've ever had! Went to the other teriyaki Madness a few weeks ago and didn't like the food cause it tasted mushy! I decided to try this store before retiring Teriyaki Madness all together. This is how the food should taste. I will definitely come back to this store!

Food is either a hit or miss. Music being played in the back is not family friendly and is very loud. Employees are usually ignorant kids with terrible customer service.
