Had an absolute fantastic experience thanks to our phenomenal server Ernie. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He was perfectly attentive, friendly, and very courteous. Prime rib was cooked to perfection, even though I forgot to add the mushrooms Ernie was right there to save the day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Ernie and the whole crew for a wonderful dining experience.

The staff at the St George Texas Roadhouse are all so nice! They were really busy when we came in but our server still took such good care of us! She was so so nice. Mayra deserves a raise ?The food was also AMAZING. We got the rattlesnake bites as an appetizer and they did not disappoint!!! I also got the ribs and they do quite literally fall of the bone. The ribs were so tender and yummy ?

First time at a Texas roadhouse. What a big disappointment. Ordered rib eye steak 20 ounce. Requested well done. No pink whatsoever. It was served pink. Informed waitress who took the steak, then brought back, still pink. Showed her again and she took it back again saying the manager will check it when done. Manager brought it and while she stood there we cut into the rib eye and still pink at which time we said we were done and asked we not get charged. Waitress was not real sympathetic as customary. Felt we were treated as complainers. So much for a satisfying lunch. Portions are very small. Loaded mashed potatoes were so smothered with a nauseating AMT of sour cream, cheese and bacon that you had to dig to find 3 small bites of actual mashed potatoes. As we were leaving there were many vacant tables but there were people sitting, waiting to be seated so not sure why they had to wait. Unbelievable their parking lot is so packed when we drive by. That's why we decided to go there thinking service, food etc was worth it. Not.

Sat at the bar this evening and there was no draft beer, my first 3 choices they didn’t have so got a water.Ordered my food and almost 20 minutes later the bar tender asked me if I saved room for dessert…. I hadn’t even gotten my food yet.It was brought out a few minutes later luke warm.Wasn’t informed when I ordered the pork chops that there was no peppercorn gravy either. And that gravy is the only reason I wanted a pork chop.My entire visit was a let down and I typically eat at TR 2-3 times a week across the country as I travel for work and can say I was blown away by the fact this one had nothing and how off kilter the bartenders were.Won’t be visiting this location again.

Unreal food , this is the best food I ever had in my whole life !The bread was amazing, Cesar salad out of this world , o got the medallions with mushrooms! Out of this world .Thank you Sammy for suggesting this place !One of my favorites ever, the service was super cool , I really enjoyed!
Definitely my worst experience was at the St George location. I ordered food for my mother’s birthday and had to do take out due to a medical concern. First, the rolls were not really rolls but flat lumps of cooked dough. Although we asked for regular butter, we didn’t get any. I asked for BBQ sauce for ribs, but did not get any. I asked for butter, sour cream and cheese for a baked potato and received nothing. At least I was refunded for the blooming onion that they didn’t have. I think I’ll stick with the locations up north.

We always love eating there cause portions are great and prices are fair despite inflation. And you get the unlimited rolls. And food is excellent.

We had the worst experience at the Texas Roadhouse in St George UT. The first waitress was so rude. We had 4 kids so it was loud. When we asked her a question for the second time she said “I said yes!” We didn’t get rolls but we kept seeing the hostess carrying rolls when seating people. I asked her again she said “they aren’t out yet”. Hmmmmm that’s interesting cause we have just seen about 8 people being seated with rolls. I asked the manager if we could get another server. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and this was not a positive experience. The manager didn’t apologize for our service but did give us a different waiter. We had Joe and he was nice and responsive. When the person came by that was bussing tables i asked if she could take two baskets since our table was getting full. She gave us the dirtiest look and almost grabbed it from me. She never came by to get our salad bowls. She never brought small plates for the rolls. I would be hesitant to go to this restaurant again and we love Texas Roadhouse. I may try it in another town but not this one. After waiting an hour to be seated and then have that experience it’s simply not worth it.
