The pizza is amazing one of the best pizza's I've had in a long time. And their breadsticks omg so good. Their salad bar is pretty good too very good quality.

The staff goes above and beyond!! I’m so impressed by them. I ordered a gluten free cauliflower crust pizza with the Alfredo sauce to go and the person that took my order didn’t know the Alfredo sauce had gluten before we hung up the phone. He called me right back and texted me to let me know and let me change my order so the pizza would be safe and gluten free. There aren’t very many places that take care to be safe for those with gluten allergies, and to know we can safely eat here means a lot. Truly so grateful for the time and attentiveness of the staff. Thank you!!!!!

Love, love, love their 7" pizza for lunch! A lot of toppings to choose from, a nice crust that is not too thick or thin. The Pizza Factory has the best marinara sauce, chunky with a lot of sauteed onion, it is a fabulous sauce. We have to talk about the Twisted breadsticks, that is almost a lunch itself. These are huge, parmesan-flavored breadsticks with a variety of dipping sauces. Of course I get marinara!If you haven't been, go now!!

This place was so CROWDED on the day we went. The line was long, but everyone waiting was pleasant, because the FOOD IS ALWAYS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!Parking: Their pizza (any kind) and hot cinnamon bread sticks are the BEST EVER! I'm hoping one day they make a Greek pizza with white sauce, spinach, sausage, green olives, and feta cheese. Hunt, hint, hint. Seriously though, The Pizza Factory is really good! I’ve ordered food from here before and enjoyed the pastas. This visit I ordered the lunch special. It was so-so. I did enjoy the salad bar and the bread twists were yummy. I wish they came with a sauce.

Updated review:They responded trying to say I was wrong and was referring to another location disregarding our complaint however this is incorrect and bad business.The company I’m referring to is the website attached to this Google listing and I have attached screenshots of the section talking about gluten free options that are not o the menus. There is also a screenshot of the submit page after you enter your email for a coupon.Furthermore, avoid this place.Initial review:Just don’t come here. They advertise they have an 11 inch gluten free pizza online with no upcharge. This is not true.When we pointed it out they said that the website is wrong and that they only have an 10 inch pizza and it’s an extra $4. The manager came to see us and said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay. She seemingly had no authority over anything and no idea how to give discounts or help upset customers.Because we were hungry and didn’t want to drive into town we decided to just pay for it.After getting our food we went into the dining area to wait and it was filthy dirty, the salad bar had food spilled all around it and the soda machines had no ice in them.The food finally arrived and it was not overly warm and didn’t taste as good as the price warranted.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for pizza, especially if you’re gluten free. You’ll save time, money and you’ll more than likely get better food.As a message for management. You obviously have the money to fix your website, considering the multiple locations you have. The coupon code entry section does not work and the statements you make on your website are false regarding dietary restrictions and the menu.Do better.Dietary restrictions: If you’re gluten free the online menu is incorrect. They do not have the same options and charge a lot extra.

St. George classic. Went in for lunch after shopping at Costco. The service wasn’t great and seemed irritated when I asked for a box. It was a total maze to even get in the doors, with confusing signage, inside wasn’t any better. Feel it could be more efficient, spent half my time just going through the front area, to a table, and to the bathroom. The salad bar was good but spills all over, understandable, but will be going to the one in ancestor square from now on. Overall, wouldn’t really recommend this location, but the food was alright.

The worst service and the place was filthy. The employees were mosty standing around the kitchen talking. While on very grumpy (for obvious reasons) employee was slowly bussing tables. Just pushing trash all over the floor.
