Wow this place has me at a loss. They were out of every item we tried to order, even cream cheese. We finally found pretzels that they did have, but then we were stuck waiting forever. When we finally got our pretzels they were SO DOUGHY!! We love Wetzel Pretzels and were so excited to have one here, but after multiple tries and having similar experiences each time, we will definitely not be coming back.

We love Wetzel's Pretzels and we noticed they were open now in St George.It was just after 11 am when we went in. Everything we ordered would have to be cooked. The only thing ready was one deal of pizza bites and pretzel bites. Not what we wanted, but we didn't want to wait 20 minutes.The issue with the girl I hope was being new. We must have had to repeat our order 4 or 5 times, and you could hardly hear her.Well, give them one more chance after they've been open a while.

I was craving a pretzel so bad today, so I drove all the way across town to try Wetzel’s. I got back to work, took a bite and the inside was not cooked through. I tried calling the store, but no one ever answered. I’m so disappointed! ☹️

Salted pretzel bites, cinnamon pretzel bites and hot dog bites were all amazing. Really good food quality. Very fresh. Workers were friendly and did a good job. Looks like owner is very involved and it shows. Would highly recommend for pretzels or drinks!!

Just paid 10.00 for 10 cheesy dog bites. Less than half the length of my finger, burnt and I'm sure they had been sitting for hours. Won't be back.
I usually love coming here, I am in love with the beignets and the pretzel bits. I recently just ordered a DoorDash order of just a bag of regular pretzel bits and sauce and my order ended up being refunded by DoorDash because "the business could not fufill my order." Which is odd since the entire business model is about making pretzels soo idk?? I normally don't write reviews but it just made me sad I was really wanting a snack since I can't leave my job to get food. Overall though the food is amazing and normally I get my order but I guess today is not the day. Lol

We decided to give this a try for the first time, it was pretty bad. We pulled up to the window and the girl kinda seemed annoyed that we were there. They didn’t have what we originally wanted so we went with a different option. We paid $7.50 for pretzels that were soaked in grease and tasted like they’d been out for days. Will definitely not be returning.
