They messed up my order. Waited a while for my food just to be all wrong. Very disappointing

I love Wingstop and never really had an issue with this location until the last time I ordered. Service was kind of slow even though the place wasn’t busy… I placed an online order and my food was cold. When I started eating, the fries weren’t seasoned at all which is pretty disappointing. I think Wingstop has some of the best fries, but it had no flavor at all. As for the wings, I got the mix & match and literally got 3 flats out of an order of 20. I think that’s pretty ridiculous and I expected more variety. Also, there was a big size discrepancy in the drums.

Food was really good service was not. Waited twice as long as they said and the 3 people who ordered after me got there food first. Then gave me some lame excuse.

Their online ordering system is a disaster. We had an order number and confirmation number. When we went to pickup our food, they said "we don't have anything for that name" how can an order get lost?! Did someone else take our food? We will never know.

30 min wait for 10 wings…. The wait wasn’t worth the food quality and there’s nowhere to sit. Go next door chipotle and move on with your

Food was as expected and the service was better than most Wingstops I have been to. There is however a serious air balance issue with this location. The building is under such a negative pressure that you can hear the outdoor air trying to get in when you walk up. That and the doors are incredibly hard to open. When I went to leave with my food, the inrush or air nearly knocked my food out my hand. They need to get an Hvac tech out there to check what's wrong with the makeup air unit.

So far in my experience eating here AT LEAST 20 times the food takes quite a while to be ready usually 30+ minutes. The orders have been correct 85% of the time and the staff hasn’t been the friendliest. You can tell they’re just trying to get you in and out and are a bit difficult to order / get help from. They are a bit abrasive and get annoyed that you’re there. Although I have gotten a few great people there. I give the food 7/10 customer service 2.5/10. The building is easily accessible although the parking can get full at peak lunch times. There is also very limited seating inside. The building is also not the cleanest so I would recommend carry out.Parking: It’s a smaller parking lot so at peak lunch times it gets full quick.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp outside the door and easy access tables

It took 25 minutes to get my order, which I wouldn't have minded if half the staff hadn't just been standing around talking. They really need to get their act together. Food was ok place was fairly clean. It's just the service that sucks and they don't seem to care. Way over priced for what you get too. Even in this economy. Oh and they didn't give me napkins for my to go order.

This wingstop always hits the spot, the food is always hot and fresh when I pick it up and I never get a gross fatty or grisly piece of chicken ever! I don't know how that's even possible but I'm very impressed by it. I do wish they would be more consistent in the coating of there wings with sauce because sometimes it's wonderfully swimming and sauce and then others it's like we are in the great depression and the whole wing isn't even coated in it.

The “boneless wings” were very small, very dry pieces of chicken coated in a seasoning of some sort. The fries were limp and soggy. Don’t know how other locations of this franchise may be but we’ll definitely not return to this one.
