What a wonderful experience it was to enjoy a meal here at The Tree Room! The ambiance and atmosphere is great inside the eatery, and the outside scenery is simply beautiful as it IS Sundance after all. I really enjoyed looking at all of the beautiful pieces of Robert Redford's personal collection that decorates and makes up the interior décor. The Native American theme is one I personally enjoy, so seeing the kachina dolls, baskets, pottery, textiles, etc. was really nice. It was fun to see the old photos from the filming of Jeremiah Johnson as well.The food was wonderful, even if I didn't know what it was as listed on the menu. The servers were patient and kind to explain what items were when asked. The bread, rolls, and honeybutter were fresh baked and amazing. The Sundance salad was tasty, and had nice crunch with the candied pecans. The Peppercorn filet steak was wonderfully tender with a light crust on the outside. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful, and the steamed spinach atop them with the Mango chutney was a perfect combination. I'd definitely order that dish again.Dessert for me was the Mascarpone cheesecake. The presentation was odd for me, but the flavors worked and I'm glad I tried it.Definitely a five star experience here for me. Should be at least a once in a lifetime experience for you, too, if you'll give The Tree Room a try. You may find yourself back here more frequently once you've tried it!

Everything about this experience was wonderful. I took a client here and couldn’t be happier with the atmosphere and service! Half way through the meal an acoustic player started and the volume was great, not too loud which is always a concern in smaller rooms like this.

This dining experience was SO SO GOOD!!! I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. We have been to several menu tastings and wine pairings, and I honestly think this was the best pairing I've had. The flavor profiles were So incredibly good. Nothing about this experience was bad. Everything was top tier. My husband has the wine pairing and tasting, while I had the butternut squash soup and the Pepper Steak. SO GOOD. I also had the chocolate mousse cake and he had the hot chocolate with lady fingers (part of the tasting list). We will be back, for sure!!!!

I’ve been a regular here for the last 4 years as of 2024. This establishment remains as my favorite restaurant, and I will continue to come back as long as I can. They are great for a single person, a date night, or large groups, and are very accommodating. The menu never disappoints and the chef is absolutely incredible.

My husband and I LOVED tree room! It was SO GOOD. We got the last reservation available on Valentine's Day for 8:30 and it did not disappoint. We got seated a little after our reservation time and it took a few minutes to get drinks and our order placed, but everything after that was very timely. My husband wasn't a huge fan of the bread or the pre-starter, but I thought they were really yummy. One of the breads had golden raisins in them- yum! We got the lobster gnocchi for our starter... it was incredible. I can't say enough good words about it. I want to come back just for that! My favorite thing. Then we got the pepper steak and the tagliatelle, both of which were really really good too! The ambiance and the service was great. We were super happy and 100% want to come back again! It was kind of expensive, but I felt like I got my money's worth.
