Came here for lunch. Was not too busy. I ordered the strawberry harvest salad and turkey avacado on wheat bread. Hubby ordered the mangoberry salad and turkey avacado sandwich. Salads were refreshing. This place, like other places, asks for a tip when checking out. Other than your food being handed to you, your drinks are self-serve.

We dined in. While there, staff were very loud. One staff person was moving the bowls and would pickup a stack and it sounded like she just dropped them on the counter. Did that several times. Staff did not seem concerned about the dining in experience.

What is this!? I ordered southwest potato soup and not a damn thing in it it’s also half full! We love Cafe Zupas but this location needs some help! I’m just blown away on how this is possible there’s not a drop of corn or even bacon or anything else for that matter! Very disappointed for my dinner tonight.

We bought a kids meal for $10 which included 2 chicken strips, they ended up being 2 nugget size (very dry and hard), and a cup full of fruit. In thier picture it shows a whole cup full of fruit but they only gave us 1/4 of a cup. I asked them about it and they said that's all you get. I got the ulimate grilled cheese sandwhich which has tomatoes on it. 1 half of the sandwhich was just sauce and no tomatoes or cheese. If I knew this was what I was going to get we could have gone to Wendys for more and cheaper.

Something is wrong with this location, either by design, inadequate training, or process issues, or all of the above. Missing items and/or wrong items EVERY SINGLE time when ordering through the app. If you choose to go to the Syracuse Zupas, make sure you dine inside. That way, you won’t get home and be disappointed when they’ve messed up your order (because they will). You’ll already be there to have them fix it. On our most recent visit (2/6/24), the soup was filled at a ridiculously low level. Called the store to ask how much SHOULD be in the Try-2 combo and they said 12 oz…lol, we measured our order and it had 4 oz…6 spoons full. The previous time they didn’t include a sandwich because they ran out of the meat. They didn’t let us know or credit the sandwich. The time before, they forgot the strawberries. Something is wrong EVERY TIME. Again, either dine-in or go to the Layton Zupas where they seem to do take-out orders more correctly.
Salads/produce seem fresh and sandwiches usually tasty, soups are my go-to but on occasion they seemed watered down. Overall still one of my favorite spots.
