How is this place still open? My kids and I stopped here on the way to antelope Island. There was no one in the restaurant. We made our order and when we received our fries, they were very old hard and cold. When I brought this to the managers attention. She looked at me like a deer in the headlight and just stared at me. I asked her if we could get fresh fries and she said she would check with the person making the fries. This was the manager who apparently had no idea what is going on in her restaurant. Again, I don’t know how this restaurant stays open with this type of service and food.

Worst Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. I really love Carls junior so I keep giving this location a shot, but every time I come the person taking my order is really short with me, and the quality is very low. The sandwich is always very messy with mayo or sauce all over the bun. This time the bottom piece of bread wasn't even a whole piece.Get a GM who cares!!

Food was cold when served. The double burger patties were much smaller than the bun, which the bun was smashed paper thin. They forgot the lettuce and tomato and added too much special sauce. The fries were also ice cold and the cherry coke was not mixed well. Spent $24 on 2 combos- Wasted money. We ended up letting our dogs eat it all.

I've been to This location a few times period I also live in sunset where there is another location period this location seems to be much cleaner staff is much more professional, and as far as I'm concerned, it is a model restaurant for the Carl's junior corporation period. The team at this location does a great job, and they deserve a round of applause, thank you.

Just like everywhere they’re short staffed and the drive thru can be long but I don’t blame them for that. This location has been consistent and I’ve had little to no complaints from the dozen plus times I’ve ordered from this location.

The ratio of bun to chicken is overwhelming. Every bite has more bun than chicken. The chicken was either overcooked or sitting in the heater for too long. Would not recommend their chicken
