Ordered two pastrami burger meals a couple weeks ago. Got home and they were regular hamburgers. One was supposed to be plain and the other no lettuce and they both had everything on it. I have tried to call the restaurant several times. Once I was told a manager would call me the next day but it never happened. $29 for two completely wrong meals that we didn't eat.

Iceberg is one if the more expensive fast food places of Syrcause, but the food is good! The chicken tenders are huge and super crispy, they way they should be. Fries are also crispy. My husband and son love the pastrami burger and get it almost every time. It's worth it to wait if you stop at a busier time too. We've only used the drive up, but the employees are always nice and helpful.Parking: It's easy to get into the parking lot and park.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of handicapped parking and wheelchair access.

Went there 40 mins before closing there was only 1 other car at the drive thru and the workers ignored us ended up leaving after 10 minutes of being ignored in the drive thru window. If ur workers don't want to work during hours of operation don't ignore people hoping they will go away so you can close early.

Iceberg Drive Inn in Syracuse is the best place to go for their over-the-top shakes. We recently moved to the area and hadn't tried their foods yet, but their shakes are crazy big and well worth a visit. We'll update this review. Until then, enjoy.

We ordered one shake and watched it melt in the window for 20 minutes while the cashier took many additional orders.Ice cream was not worth the wait. We will not return.

The service is nice and the fries are good but the burgers don't taste that great
Finally got a chance to try this place, and man I'm glad I did. While the fries are nothing special, the burgers are really good. Well cooked, and tastes great. I also love what they do with the shakes, see what they do for medium shakes is they'll put in a small cup in the medium cup then the shake. At first I was a little confused by this but then I realized that they do this to reinforce it and prevent leaks from the bottom, and now that I realized it, that's a pretty clever tactic. I guess it's true what they say here. One taste and it's a tradition. I'll definitely be coming here again if I get another chance.Final Verdict->?<-???

I don't like giving bad reviews, but every single time I come to this iceberg I wait a minimum of 20 minutes in their drive thru. The management and ownership has changed a few times and it has never gotten any better.
